Description of Work: I called in late afternoon and Mr Keene was out the very next morning(actually earlier than when expected), fixed my problem (which turned out to be minor, float was 'hung'). He explained the problem in detail and how he fixed it. He offered to replace the part, if desired, but suggested we could just wait to see if the problem recurred, instead. Decided to wait, and he declined any payment because he was already in the area for another customer nearby! Unheard of these days. I will use him and NOONE ELSE for septic related services in the future.

Description of Work: My service was in two visits.First they came to pump out my septic tank,which had been neglected for many years.They returned about 6 weeks later when the tank refilled with water and dug up 2 junction boxes to clean the lines.They were professional and trustworthy.I sure was happy they were able to get my system working properly again.

Description of Work: I called Chuck Keene, and I left a message with his receptionist for him to return my call. He called me back promptly, and offered to help troubleshoot my issue over the phone before coming out. Well, I was very glad he did because with his help, I was able to resolve the problem myself. I offered to compensate him, but he declined! He felt like this was simply good customer service, and I agreed (of course!). Based on this, when it is time to have my septic tank pumped out, I will DEFINATELY ask Mr. Keene to do the work. I owe him at least that much!

 + -1 moreWe had some and quot;gurglingand quot; noises in our toilets and drains. I called Chuck Keene Septic around 9:00. The owner's wife Pam was very helpful. While she couldn't guarantee that the service could be performed today, she said she would call Jimmy and get back to me. Within 2hrs my septic tank was pumped, clean-up was great, and Jimmy came in checked the water level in the toilet tanks, and found out the level too high, therefore causing a constant stream of water into the septic. Jimmy also went above and beyond with suggestions for positioning the rain gutters so that the runoff wouldn't pool causing poor drainage in the finger system. Thank you so much for saving us some big expenses down the road. I would highly recommend this company.

I found this provider on Angie's list and called early Sunday morning. A person came out promptly and very quickly did a very professional job cleaning the tanks.  + -1 moreHe did a great job and he was honest with us. He did the work correct, he came on time and told us exactly what the cause of the problem was. He worked very quickly and we haven t had any more septic line problems since he fixed them. He was professional and we had a good experience with the entire company from the time we called them.

 + -1 moreIt went fantastic! They were very professional and courteous. Completed the pumping in under thirty minutes. Came and got me to check and make sure the tank was completely empty before filling the hole back in.
Description of Work: They dug 2 holes in order to pump out my septic tank. They made sure they saved the sod so they could put it back when done. Very neat, put a tarp on ground to hold the soil. Also, placed a tarp under their huge truck to prevent any oil leaks on driveway.
