Description of Work: Annual Check of air conditioning systems. Couple of days later turned on air conditioner but no cooling happening. Both wife and I tried using the thermostat to get it working, but to no avail. Decided to call CC back; on the phone I was told would be an extra charge if not their fault. I said I was sure we didn't do anything to the system since the service and checked again. When the same technician came out he claimed all he did was turn the system on and there was no problem. I was billed for a service fee of $95 on top of the original fee. I believe the technician did a CYA and the company refused to consider our position at all.

Description of Work: They installed last HVAC system in my parents home many years ago. The system failed and they were at the house within a couple of hours. They actually showed up ahead of schedule to install the new system. All workers and associates were professional. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.
