Description of Work: On a routine service they Indicated the Heat Pump was leaking refrigerant and was too old to repair. Followed up with a high press sales pitch to sell a new system. I sought a second opinion from a different Heat/Air firm. They added a small amount of refrigerant eighteen months ago and it continues to work well.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioning unit outdoors, replaced floor boards in attic and replaced insulation around unit in attic. Very professional and quiet while they worked the whole day, from 7:30 to 5:30 p.m. Laid drop clothes up the stairs so that they would not get carpet dirty while moving between inside and outside of house. Trimmed hedges to neaten appearance around new unit. Explained it all to me well

Description of Work: replaced a motor on our air conditioning unit. However when running it was terribly out of balance. we called back and the next group of service men said the fan attached to the motor was old and out of balance...cost us another $175 for the fan.

I have been a customer since 1998 and I always use Central Carolina for all my air duct needs. They were very polite and professional and will actually call you if a sooner appointment is available. Also the estimate they gave me was the same as the final.
