Berico has been an excellent company to deal with for a long time! We’re finally upgrading to a new high-efficiency heat pump with a dual-fuel option system. These were not easy decisions to make and never felt pressured or hurried. When presented with the facts and knowing you are NOT going to be overpriced, the difficult decisions become clearer and easier to make! They are also offering competitive financing options. Their technicians are some of the most knowledgeable and courteous in the business. Staff are friendly and helpful and always available when you need them! Our family has been depending on Berico since the 60’s and will continue to do so as long as this old house needs to be cool or warm :)

We had water damage. We had metal duct. They priced for metal but replaced with flex. It was rediculous trying to get money back. After they completed the project we were having issues with the front of the house not cooling well. We had another HVAC company look at it and theey said that the metal duct should not have been replaced with flex because it changed the dynamics of the air flow of our system, which is why the front of the house was not cooling properly.

They deliver my propane. We were customers with their predecessors before Berco took over. They have never let us run out.

Berico installed a Generac generator for us. This isn’t the first project we’ve called Berico for, and it won’t be the last. The work is an A+, however the experience this time around was a B. Unfortunately the timing was directly after Hurricane Michael and Berico was overrun with generator jobs that they were not staffed to do. The process took quite a while and was frustrating, but all that aside I still would not trust any other company to do the work and get it right the way that Berico does.

Company charges you a “non-use” fee for not having propane tank filled on a regular basis. I do not agree with this business practice and therefore I ended doing business with Berico
