Description of Work: Furnace had shut down after home inspector examined each of two furnaces. Berico service man discovered front panels of each furnace had been exchanged between furnaces which prevented automated damper from functioning and furnace was shut down. Placing panels in proper place corrected the problem. Filters were replaced to save another service call.

Description of Work: A Berico representative came to my new residence to discuss replacing the old heat pump here as well as a propane tank which serves the gas logs installed in my townhouse. The representative met with me very quickly after my request call and was responded to all my questions in a highly professional manner. I am planning to have them install a new heat pump when the time comes.

Description of Work: I contacted Berico for an estimate on a new furnace. their prices were the highest of four estimates I received and they said I needed significantly more work than any of the other companies. I felt as if they were trying to sell me goods and services I did not need. I did not use them for my new furnace. I have used them in the past when I had an oil furnace and were very happy with them on that service.
