Description of Work: Replaced a part on my furnace

Description of Work: I had a new gas furnace and air-conditioning systems installed. They came when they said they would accomplished the work in the time alloted. The only point of confusion is that the estimate said they would install a ground fault circut to connect the system to, but they just tied into an existing circut and I wasn't told that they used the existing GFI. When this circut 'blew' for some reason, the only thing we could tell wasn't functioning was the heat. So, I called for service within a few days of the installation. The technician adjusted a number of things with the heating system before he realized that the circut wasn't functional. He did not specify that he restored all the settings to their original condition. I'm concerned that the settings are not at their most efficient for the furnace as well as concerned that this circut may short out more frequently during AC season. I have purchased an annual service plan and plan to ask them to ensure proper adjustments when I request the service for the AC and then again in the Fall for the heat.

Description of Work: Replaced HVAC system and 3 attic fan motors in existing attic fans which were no longer functioning. Work was completed as scheduled and the crew was very capable. While working in the attic, unfortunately, the attic drop down stair cracked. Berico Fuels replaced the stair at no cost to us, no questions asked.

Description of Work: They do our heating and air service twice a year; however, over the weekend our heat stopped working on the first floor. My husband called on a Saturday and they came out fairly quickly, identified the problem and provided a work around until the part could be replaced on Monday. They arrived at my house by 8:30 on Monday morning and had it fixed fairly quickly.

Description of Work: The heating system on a house I own broke down completely. I contacted 2 providers and received quotes from each. The prices were close. I went with Berico because of their overall professionalism and because my father used to deal with them when I was a kid (eons ago). The new system was installed promptly with a crew that was attentive and thoroughly professional. I have a great deal of confidence in the new system and that Berico will be there for support when needed. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Berico is my fuel company. They keep my propane tank filled. I put n/a for price because I assume it is the going price at the time it is filled. I have always found them to be very nice and helpful both in person and on the telephone.

Description of Work: I have used Berico for several years for home heating oil and generally they are fine. In Nov. 2014 I called about the oil price and requested information on their equal payment plan. Someone was supposed to call me back, but never did. Last call in Jan. was about price and CS was fine.

Description of Work: This was a service call to adjust the air flow of A/C within the house. We have been happy with the adjustments that were made and with the additional advice given by the technician.

Description of Work: Relocated & repaired 2 radiators in our 1931 house and performed service on our boiler. Extremely happy with Walter, our serviceman. He was highly recommended by a friend who had used him during a renovation on her older home. Completely satisfied. Will be calling them again soon for annual service on the boiler. So happy we found someone who is qualified and we can trust to work on our heating system now & going forward.
