Description of Work: Technicians performed winter maintenance on our heat pump and the oil furnace at my mother's house on two separate days. Both visits were completed very professionally and thoroughly. Berico has provided our service for years and have always kept us running smoothly. My only complaint is that they consistently come at the end of the period when the office tells us to expect them. This means you have to wait for them during their visit window and be available later for them to complete the service. We use their service plans which saves us a significant amount of money. Highly recommend them for service!
