Description of Work: They replaced some burners in the furnace and cleaned the furnace. They later installed a digital thermostat as well.

+ -1 moreI would highly recommend them to anyone. It was Friday night when I called them as the furnace was not working and they were there with an hour. They charged nothing as it was under maintenance. They only charged for the maintenance call including replacing of pump. It was wonderful.
Description of Work: I use Berico Heating & Air Cond for heating and A/c. The last time I used them was last Friday.

+ -1 moreThey are always good and they are the most competent. The tech always knows what he is doing and they know their trade very well. They are a little more pricey than others, but I think you get what you pay for and I get a great dependable service, which makes me happy.
Description of Work: We have a yearly maintenance contract with them on the heating and air conditioning units in my home. They cleaned them and made sure everything was running properly.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I'm the technical, nosey sort so I wanted a detailed explanation of everything as the technically was troubleshooting the problem. Turns out the problem was tricky to diagnose but after a few hours of testing and retrieving parts that unit was up and running. And I was confident that the problem had been properly fixed and a reasonably cost.
Description of Work: Gas, forced air furnace was not working. Had to replace the main circuit board that had been damaged by a faulty flame sensor.
