Very well.The technician was prompt,professional and friendly.He did the maintenance service the unit needed.He also took extra time to answer all my questions and explained the advantages of the complete service and maintenance which is only fifteen more dollars per visit.

Berico installed a Generac generator for us. This isn’t the first project we’ve called Berico for, and it won’t be the last. The work is an A+, however the experience this time around was a B. Unfortunately the timing was directly after Hurricane Michael and Berico was overrun with generator jobs that they were not staffed to do. The process took quite a while and was frustrating, but all that aside I still would not trust any other company to do the work and get it right the way that Berico does.

Their technicians are some of the most knowledgeable and courteous in the business. Staff are friendly and helpful and always available when you need them! Our family has been depending on Berico since the 60’s and will continue to do so as long as this old house needs to be cool or warm :)

They replaced an oil tank that had some water leaking into it and replaced with a new tank.

Service was completed well,quick most of all professional.

They set up my appointment and sent someone out right away to fix my problem.

It took them almost a month to give me the estimated when I finally got I had already another company hired and the price of the other company who came and gave me the estimated at the same night and did the job 2 days later was $300 less. Not a good experience to me, their commercials are funny but their job should be more serious.

They didn't do it. The guy argued with me as to what I want. I'm not impressed
