They took over the company that previously serviced our home and the previous owners had used. We are on one of their maintenance agreements where you have so many checkups during a specific time. They're nice to work with. The folks that they send out are polite and nice to work with.

It was good, they did everything they said they would. They arrived promptly and they did good work. I was pleased. They delivered the service that I requested. They are a nice company, I like them. They are always easy to work with.

It went very well. They worked at a residence of an elderly that I take care of. They had a very competent technician, they did a terrific job, and we were very pleased with them. They are a wonderful company-I know them. They have been around forever and they did a super job on this. The staff were extremely professional.

We would not have put it in but we had a lot of break downs with the old furnace. They did a good job. It works fine and the furnace is under warranty. When we were having problems, they came when we called even though it was the dead of winter and really a cold, cold time- they still came when I needed some body to check it out. The price was good- we could have done cheaper but chose to go with the best we could afford. They are very good -they spent two days installing it. They are professional.

It was good. It's very easy. We've scheduled one time and then they always come out and fast. They're very easy to use.

They were lousy. They were good until I told them that I was changing from oil to gas and then they got real smart with me. Then they charged me for removing the oil that was in my tank. Plus they charged me for every gallon that was in there. To me that was a big rip off. I have no use for them. I had to call them a couple of times because they were cheating me. They were not being honest with me. They came out quickly to get the oil out of the tank and I thought that was nice but I was being fooled because when I got the paper work, I found out they charged me for taking out the oil and then for every gallon they took out. They were crooked.

They do an excellent job. We don't have any problem. They're professional and courteous. They took care of the stuff in a timely manner. We would call them back and they're the only one who solved it. They told us right on the top when they would come. They told us what part we had to get. They showed us in the catalogue how much it would cost; he was very informative. It was a good price; you get what you paid for. They were here when they said they would be here.

They were wonderful. They have a plan where you could pay in advance and it was very reasonable. If anything really bad went wrong they could come out. They even have to come out on Christmas day and repaired the furnace. They replaced as many parts as they needed to and spent as much time as they needed to. I can't say enough good about them. But we finally got rid of the old oil furnace. The last three years we've got a wonderful gas furnace but they weren't carrying the brand that we wanted so we got another company to install it for us. When the warranty runs out I would trust Berico to come out and service our furnace. They really went above and beyond every time they had to come out. Sometimes when they come out they probably have to replace close to a $1000 worth of stuff because it was an old furnace but they did not charge us extra for labor or parts. It was much to our benefit to always buy that year contract for service. They could have made a lot more money if they didn't offer that contract but they did. We always appreciated that because we always end up needing it. We were using another oil company and

It turned out fine. I honestly believe their commercial on TV. They knew what they were doing and they did a good job. They even installed it in the room so that I could have the air conditioning. So far I?m pleased. I only have one negative and that is when they finished their work, they never came back to check the temperature and things like that. It?s kind of they sold the product, installed it and run. They never came in to see how cool the house was or anything like that and I thought that they could have done that. They did not follow up their work.

It went fine. They just do what they say they'll do.

They are fine. We have used them since we moved here about 16 years ago so we have an established relationship. They have always been prompt. We know the service man. He is always friendly and efficient. We haven't had any problem with them at all. They weren't successful in getting out our very own firewall when we called them and we had to go elsewhere for that, but that was no huge problem. I don't know if their price is any different from anybody else. We were kind of disappointed. They made a couple of trips out and started the fire, but it didn't last so there was a problem that was never resolved. It was costing $85 for the man to come out. After 2 times, my husband stopped in to a local place that sold propane and the old gentleman there was extremely kind and helpful, and walked him through the process. He even offered to come out, and we were most appreciative so we didn't bother anymore about that. The kind of service that we normally have don't have any schedule except that it would be within a couple of days or that we are the very far end of their route, maybe even they wouldn't say. They would say as soon as possible. Sometimes it could be the very same day. My husband was so appreciative of this gentleman and impressed with the fact that he was so willing that I think maybe we'll have the propane delivered by them in the future, but that's not for sure. Another reason for that is we are at the very far end of their service area. They are out of Eden now. When we started they were in Reidsville so it was about 12 miles. Reidsville and Eden add another 10 miles whereas the company where my husband went for help with the firewall is about 6 miles from here. He hasn't formally made that decision yet and probably won't until fall comes and we may need to fill the tank again.

Everything went smoothly. Very professional. They were courteous, seemed efficient. I have the silver package which is two check ups a year; spring and fall.

The scheduling process was quick and smooth. The technician showed up within the promised window, was very professional, personable and very enthusiastic about his work. Although the air exchanger was a little difficult to get to, the technician remain positive and enjoyed the challenge. I will definitely be calling on them again.

It turns out that despite the fact my unit is over 17 years old it is running great. Didn't even need freon. It is quite a relief. I plan to have the same type of check performed on the heating part in the fall. Great service! And I plan to ask for the same tech because he was great too!

I was not really impressed with the guy that came out here. When he was finished and I have his paperwork, he said not to pay attention to the paperwork and that they just did it to fill it out so I could buy more services. It was more the guy that was here to do the work. He didn’t find anything with the furnace and a/c. I probably would not recommend him. I’m real cautious about recommending anything to people. I wouldn’t recommend unless they were top-notch. He just talked to me after work. I understood everything that he went over with me. I didn’t have any issues with my system.

Excellent. The service provide figured out a problem we had for a while and quickly fixed it.

We had another company (Seagraves in Eden NC) install our central heating/air system last summer. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! Not only did they not install it correctly, when it came time for the final home inspection (we purchased an older home which required some major renovations) their work was so bad that the inspector said he should report SEAGRAVES to the licensing board. The inspector informed us that their job is to verify that A contractor has done the minimum in requirements. SEAGRAVES barely met that minimum. This is how it started and has been downhill from there. BERICO to the rescue. Seagraves claimed they fixed all the problems, but lets just say our heating system performs far from perfect. So we got tired of dealing with SEAGRAVES and called BERICO. Their guys were professional and came in behind Seagraves and at least made it possible for us to stay in the house instead of having to check into a motel( move is was January 2015 with a low of 20 degrees). They also fixed our gas logs. Something SEAGRAVES techs could also not do. One tech was nice enough to put in writing all the things that were installed incorrectly by SEAGRAVES. He then advised my husband and I to call him if we needed anything else. Needless to say I will call BERICO and only BERICO if anything goes wrong with our heating/air system. A really sad note is that we wont know how the central air will perform until the summer. As far as I am concerned I would much prefer for SEAGRAVES to come and get their entire system, give me a full refund, and forget they even know my name. I would then hire BERICO with absolutely no reservations to do the job right! If anyone asks me for my opinion I will gladly say run to BERICO as quickly as you can if you want superb service and knowledgeable techs to install or repair your heating/air, but run as quickly as you can in the opposite direction if anyone dares to suggest you call SEAGRAVES. BERICO is nothing but class and outstanding service all the way! Straight A's in every category.

Furnace went out on Monday morning. The technician was at our home almost daily, but the furnace wasn't working again until Saturday. When he left on Friday, he said he'd be back "first thing" Saturday. However, he didn't arrive until 3:00 and didn't call to let us know. We called Saturday morning to see where he was and were told "working on emergencies." Our furnace had been out for days, but we weren't an emergency?! When he left Saturday (with furnace working), he said he'd return Monday with a part he preferred to one he'd used. If he ever came back, we didn't see him. We had previously received incredible service during an installation -- with great communication throughout -- so this experience was a great disappointment!

It was good and they have reasonable price. I would refer them to any of my friends. We already have given their name to some of our neighbors.

I have been with them for years. They do a yearly check and if I have a problem they come right out. They are good. If I call them they are there within the first day and do good work. I know they have to charge according to oil prices and right now oil is high.

We've been using them for like 20 years. We're very pleased with there service. Dependability. Responsiveness. If there is ever a problem they will come quickly.

They did a good job. I have an annual service contract with them. They are courteous and prompt. They don't overcharge.

They came for our annual service. They come when they said they were going to come. They did the job and left. My family has worked with Berico for several decades for different services. They've been very responsive. I can't say enough good things about them. My air conditioner that was installed by someone else broke. I called Berico. I wasn't there. I gave them my key. They came. Later, one of the workers who brought me my fuel asked who installed my new air conditioner. The workman said he'd never seen work so well done. Long story short, I'm very happy with Berico. I don't think you could go wrong using them.
