They were really prompt when I needed them to come out. I called them on a Thursday and they got to me on the Friday.

It worked out fine they removed and old tank for me and they showed up when they are suppose to and they did what they are suppose to and they didn't leave a mess. They were as good as you would expect.

It was pretty good. They were fabulous. They found a part that was bad and they saved us atone of money. Our system is working much better now. They are really good. For price, none of this stuff is cheap, I guess it is okay. I am not going to say that they were cheap, that is not true. I feel like the price we paid was comparable to the value we received. They were right there on time. Professionalism was exceptional. They really did a fine job.

Technician called prior to arriving as promised. Service was completed to satisfaction.

They also do the heat. As far as I know, it did just fine. The air conditioner is still working.

I like that they call before they came and call back to be sure you are satisfied with the service.

I had trouble with my furnace. They cleaned, and fixed an switch on the furnace. Come right out, don't give me no run around. They were excellent. They came right away. They are nice, show me respect, no problem with them.

They're the one company I've had no problems with. I didn't worry that they didn't know what they were doing. An honest company that gave me the right information.

The tech was not friendly and was cold. I am not used to that, after being with the same company for 24 years is hard. The work was fine, the cost was high. Everything is all automated now when you call since the change of management. They can really work on being more personal with their customers.

GREAT,we are new to the area so we called after finding "BERICO" on Angieslist,they have such great reviews that we had no other choice (smile),we had to go out of town the next day and would be gone for some time,my wife called an made an appointment while we were still out of town,technician Scott Loye was able to come by and make all the Needed repairs and at a great price,they will be our company from now on,thanks SCOTT & BERICO.

I've been with them for about five years. The first three years, they were great. I had the same guy. He was always professional, checked up, explained things to me and did a great job. He was just top notch. But, when he was gone, the people that I got the last two years, it was like they just got them off the street. If it was the same, I would not ever look for anybody else. The very first time I used them, it was by accident. I had actually used another company and I was out of town and my mom's heat went out and I was calling to contact them, but they had a similar name to Berico. I got Berico by accident and they couldn't find my service record and I said, "That's weird because I've used you before only once but you should have a record of it, " and they couldn't find it. I said, "If you guys can come out," they came out and it was on like a holiday. It was New Year's Day and they came out. They were very punctual. The service was excellent. It was that guy that came out. He told me if you get on their plan you can save 20% right then before he ordered and I was like, "Yes," I was really excited about that and I was really delighted with the service. They came right out, within like an hour and a half they were there. It was great. When I went home I discovered, "Oh no wonder they didn't have me. I never used them." I said, "Well, it doesn't matter because I'm going to use them from now on," because they were just so awesome. I used them from then on and I used that same technician. I requested him and he came out and everything was just great. When he left, I've had three or four different people come out and I've not been happy. The last two were okay, but mediocre. I just didn't feel like they did a great job, not on time and took a long time.

They are fine. They are a lovely company. One of those 'We'll come over and look at it and recommend whatever'. It was alright. They told us it was old. It was a good job.They did what they advertised. That was very fair. A very pleasant man came to the house. We made an appointment. They showed up on time. It was within a week. I don't know how else to explain that. This was a service check so it wasn't an emergency or anything. They were here when they said they would be.

It was not super good. I have really put off doing anything because I think I'm going to change companies. I had a really great service person and he had expressed sort of a negative attitude about the company a couple of times when he had come and then lo and behold, last time he wasn't there anymore. I had two visits by different people that were just not professional. The one who came last time, he was supposed to only do the summer service, he did summer and winter. Why he would do my winter service, in spring, before I even needed the heat pump, six-seven months before I even needed that, I don't know. That was just ridiculous. So, they were like, "Oh you've got to pay for that." I'm like, "No, I'm not using that. I did not ask him to do that. He was here to do the spring service only." It took him forever to do it, he just did not seem professional. The two guys that came last time in the spring and last fall, I was just not happy with. They just didn't care much about what they were doing and didn't quite seem like they knew what they were doing. Actually, the time before that, I had to have somebody come back, after the guy came. There was a guy that I asked them not to ever send back because he was just crazy. It's my mom's house and my house that was to be done, there are two service plans that are supposed to be done, spring do the air conditioning and fall do the heat pump. It took him about four hours to do the two services. He was just crazy. I sent him back. That was the year before spring. So they sent somebody different in the fall. He was okay, but I asked for somebody else and they sent somebody different. But the caliber of the employees has just fallen tremendously. I'm just not happy with them. I don't think I'm going to have them come back. I'm going to get somebody else. There is another thing that really has bothered me and this has happened the last two years. I've had my service appointments fixed. I call a month before it's going to get busy like for in the spring I'll call in February to get it set for March or April and in the fall, same thing, I'll call about July or August to get it set for maybe October. The last two times, it happened last fall and happened in the spring, they called me and said, "We're going to have to change your appointment because we have like a cold snap and people don't have heat." So they had to change my appointments. They changed my appointment but they said, "Oh we're now going to have to change your appointment, but we are all booked up." So I had my appointment set in October, I don't think I got somebody to come out until December. The same thing happened in the spring. I had it set for like the end of April or beginning of May, they didn't send somebody till like late in June or early July. It was just ridiculous and it wasn't my fault. I understand how that works, but that's difficult. It was just to me, twice in a row and then the caliber of people and everything was just, I have a lot of negatives associated with the company now and just say, "There has got to be other people that are more professional, there is a lot of people out there in this business to look for somebody more professional." I've got a silver plan and it's $125. They need a lot of improvement. The price is about average. They always answer the phone and make an appointment. He was an hour late.

Fine. Technicin arrived on time. Maintenance, including CO checks, was thorough.

The have maintained my system for 20 years and replaced it within the past 10 years. Berico is professional, fair priced, and on time.

Overall everything went ok. There was a couple of issues but Berico quickly addressed each issue. They estimated the install would take 2 & 1/2 days, but the completed the install in 2 days.

Great people to work with from their techs to their office staff.

Everything went extremely well, from the initial installation in the past to the most recent checkups.

The worker arrived on time. He explained exactly what he would be doing.

They were fine. They were punctual. They explained what they did well. My interaction with them was good. The work turned out well. They should deal with pricing. I don't remember how much it was but it seemed like it was a few coins more than I really liked to spend. The cheaper I can get something the better off I am.

It went fine. They were quick. He came on time. It was an empty townhouse that the service technician went to. There was nothing in it, no furniture or anything. He was asking me for a ladder. Why would I have a ladder when the place is empty?

They did a fine job. It was a coupon and it was like $49 a system and I had them look at both the heating and air so the total cost was 100 bucks.

I wasn't really pleased. I was fine with their work, but there was a little discrepancy with the cost of it. But, the owner adjusted the bill. They were punctual and they fixed it. But I found, very soon, after I was billed that it was way way way high. I contacted them and I told them that it was high. I told them why I concluded that. The owner got back to me and he said he was making an adjustment. I was okay with it.

The service went well. The workers were professional.
