They do a good job, no problems. I've never had any trouble with them. They are competitive with their prices. I'm a consumer that appreciates their service. They've always been great, they've never let us down. They come when we call. They are reliable and you should use them. Communication is always good. Accurate deliveries and always there when we call them.

We have a contract with them for my houses in North Carolina and they've done the maintenance for houses for years, decades. They're coming back out soon, this week I think. I'm on a retainer with them so I don't know the cost for the visit.

Its not quite closed yet, but they did alright. I think we failed and inspection so we are just waiting for a second inspection. They were thorough, I appreciated some of the things that they did, I appreciated some of the things that they did that others did not, they did a heat mode calculation which they are required to do, but nobody else who came out did. They were about in line with every one else. So far so good, again we have not passed our final inspection yet so i don't feel like we are complete. Again I would say they were only people who came out did a heat mode test. They pointed out the had licensed plumber, licensed electrician doing the work and that what made the difference honestly. Thats what made me chose them.

They do a good job, I've not had any problems with them. We've been with them for 8 or 9 years. We are not looking to change. I'd say they are all "A's". They come back in a timely manner.

They did an estimate for me. I haven't had any work done yet but I will be using them. There was no charge. I had no complaints with their estimate at all. They were responsive to my questions. Will absolutely use them again.

It worked out good, very very good. They come every month, I use their oil for my heating. Then also they put in a new air condition into my daughter in laws house too. We took care of it. They don't charge me anything because I have a yearly thing that takes care of everything, and they make sure everything is right. If something is wrong, then they replace it. The price is okay, because right now oil is high. The quality is good. The responsiveness is good, because all I have to call and they come to me. The punctuality is good. Their professionalism is very good. They are very very friendly. They come when they are supposed to be. They are just nice people.

Came within a couple of hours of calling for service. Problem diagnosed and corrected very quickly. in less than an hour I was up and running and the house was cooling nicely. service person was very professional and personable. Price included $135.00 diagnostic fee. Overall I thought the price was quite reasonable.

Work was done on time as scheduled.

I called them at 1:30 pm and they were here by 2:30. Juan was very professional and polite. He diagnosed and replaced the Capacitor on our AC unit.

It was a decent experience, it was a good experience. They did what they said they were going to do. That was the first time they did service for me. It was a promotional price. It was cheaper than usual.

We had to go through a lot to get them to stand behind their work. I think they just need to follow through to improve themselves. They sent someone out and never followed up to see if everything went ok.

Berico was here promptly and worked professionally. There where a couple of hiccups that Berico fixed immediately. Overall I have been very satisfied and would recommend Berico.

My husband's only complaint was that they don't send the written bill, just the handheld calculator or computer thing. That is a less than perfect feature for him. The price was good. We switched to their company because they were less expensive than the last company. Their punctuality was good. They have a good long history and firmly implanted in the community. We have been using them for 2 years now.

Berico is very dependable, and I liked having a plan for yearly maintenance.

They are always on time with our regularly scheduled oil deliveries and do excellent job on furnace and air conditioning servicing.

Well. The only problem with this company is that they keep sending me statements for the service. I paid them the day they were servicing our logs with a check. They are sending me statements every month and now charging me interest. I called them after receiving the first statement and they told me they would correct their records. This is just getting old.....
