The first time around, things did not go so well. The heat pump system installed--a York 16-SEER unit--was defective. We called a technician over a weekend because we were having an open house party with many guests, it was hot outside, and we couldn't get our AC to work. The technician came out promptly but was unable to fix the problem. He assured us that we would hear from someone on Monday. On Monday, the installation manager, Rick Morris, called us first thing and asked to come out that day to view the system. Upon inspection, he told us that not only was he going to order a completely new system, but also he was going to improve the quality of the installation. Because we were having another large gathering the following weekend, he worked hard with York to get our specialized system shipped and installed by Friday of that week. They raised and leveled our concrete pad and installed a new unit and thermostat. It works perfectly now. There was absolutely no charge for this complete re-do. We were very impressed with Rick and his team and grateful that the company took responsibility so quickly and completely for a flawed product.

We bought a fixer-upper and our AC died less than a week before moving day! Rick Morris did an absolutely amazing job getting a new unit into the house before we started moving in. He was both a miracle worker and a calming influence during a stressful time.

I like them very much. I went with another company and I didn't like them at all. I would say their price is pretty average. I have a warranty.

They didn’t submit a bill yet, but ours is a Silver plan. They do good work, they do very good work. I would use them again because they put the furnace in. Why would I go to somebody else? They workers are very friendly and very nice, and also know their job.

It is part of my maintenance agreement. I bought my heating unit from them. You get what you pay for. They are very professional. They are clean. They make sure everything is done correctly. When I did have some issues, they were very responsive in getting them fixed.

It was 16 year old unit and heat exchange had a crack in it. I ended up having to get a new system. They did not install it. I had them come out because I had used them for a couple of years for my 6 months maintenance. i was satisfied with them during that time period. Then when they came out the week of Thanksgiving to do the 6 months maintenance, they told me about the heat exchanger. Yo know that's a lot of money to replace the whole unit. I spent a month getting a lot of quotes and ended up not using them. It wa apart of the service agreement. I pay for it.

We've been using them off and on since 1994. There isn't any one thing that keeps me coming back. Sometimes their price is better some times it's not. They are reliable. For price, sometimes they are the best sometimes they are not. I'd give them all "A's" except no grade on price. I'd continue to use them.

I didn't choose them but it went fine. I had three companies come out and they were all great so I'd give them all an A. They responded quickly. They were a little further away so they were the last person to come. I think i had to wait 3 or 4 days to get that estimate. Their punctuality was great. I wouldn't work with them in the future because I went to a different company.

Perfect! They're great! They are excellent. They are reasonable. They are friendly. They are responsible. They are effective. They have never disappointed us. The highest grade for quality of service. They call you and tell you when they are coming. We've used them for 10 years.

Actually, they purchased the company I had recently had work done by. They're good friends. Very responsive. They're competitively priced. They were there when they said they would be. It's good quality work at a good price, punctual, very professional. The technicians were very good, did a very good job. The area was left completely spotless.

They were good. I had trouble with it, but they fixed it and they were good. The first two guys they sent were like Laurel and Hardy, but they fixed it so it was good. I got them through a recommendation from someone else. The price included the tank, and the fireplace logs and the plumbing that went with it. The price was fine. I checked it out. They matched another price I had got within a couple hundred dollars. They were clean. They were neat and efficient. They screwed it up at first, but they came back. The responsiveness was awesome. Any time I called up they were right there. It was clean. It was quick. It was efficient. They knew what they were doing. They came back and had all of the parts. I was happy.

It turned out good. They are top notch people down there. I use them for the tractor.

They are doing okay. I'd give them "B's" across the board. I can't recall if they were on time or not. But I seem to recall when they were here they were quite professional. I believe I will continue to use them. They've been around awhile and they did good work for me.

They were fine. The price was very good, I thought it was very fair. He did a lot of stuff. They responded quickly. If we had had any problem we would have not used them for so many years. I think we’ve used them for 17 years straight. They’re courteous, excellent as far as being on time. He is very thorough. It’s not like he just comes and does what he is trying to do, if he sees something that needs expressing or if he sees something that might be a problem later, he lets us know if we need to take care of it right now and we do. He goes above and beyond. He climbs up in the attic and makes sure the one in the attic is working. The other one was using too much energy. The air was blowing so much better. He isn’t looking to just try and beat us out of money. They’re company is great, I wouldn’t go with anybody else ever, until they close up. They come out yearly. I don't have a problem with them at all.

It was fine. I had no problems with it. They came, we had questions. They came back out to the house and everything. The price range was average. It was about the same when we did estimates for everybody to install. It was just about the same. I will use them again. The responsiveness when I left them a voicemail. They called back right away. The communication with the workers when they came out to my home was good.

They work with my husband. He hadn't complained about them. They seem fine. We have an agreement with them where they come out once a year to service the A/C unit they installed for us a couple of years ago. We have used Berico before. We are satisfied with Berico. They call back to double check that everything is running fine with the work that they do. They do quality work, and they follow up when thy call. I have been using them for years.

It went fine. We have actually turned our heating and A/C services over to them from the previous people. They did a good job when they were here. We were very pleased. We had servicing done on the heat towards the winter and A/C towards the summer so they come twice a year. They haven't been here that often because they're new to us. Absolutely fantastic. He really checked everything out because we were starting with somebody new and so he checked everything. Price is probably the same as everything else. I wouldn't say they were the cheapest but I don't want the cheapest. Actually I want somebody who is going to be the best so I thought it was good. I didn't have any problems with how much it cost.Frankly I wasn't upset with anything that they did. I'm looking to set them up to do the furnace for the fall. I took a look at everything that I could find online with everybody, were there any complaints, I went digging to see if I could find anything at all and on the basis of that and doing comparisons on other companies to see how they all stacked up this one came up best, so I said lets go with it,

They did an excellent job for me replacing my air conditioning and heating. They really did an excellent job. The price I thought was very good. I checked a couple other places to replace the unit and they gave me the best price. They did an excellent job and got here in a timely manner. They took care of us very well.

They charged me a few dollars more than the quote but they did a decent job. I wouldn't say they did a good job, but they did a decent job. I wasn't as satisfied as I could have been. They price was good but then they showed up and they charged me a little bit more. They made the line so indirect that it doesn't work as well as it could. I probably would use them again. They do okay work, that's about the best I can say. Make sure you keep an eye on them. The company I first contacted never showed up, and another I called never showed up or called me back. Berico called me back and showed up when they said they would.

We have a contract with them and use them all the time. It went from $7000 to $5500 because of rebates. They were efficient, knowledgable. They did the work on time and tried to keep the cost down for us.

No problems. It was good. They just did a routine check so it did not take very long or anything. They let me know what was going on and explained everything to me.

We don't know how long it takes them we are at work when they come. Communication is always good. They make accurate deliveries and they are always there when we need them. I think we have been with them, 8,9 or 10 years. They come back in a timely manner, like I said, It is just our propane it's not construction related. It's just repetitive, they come and fill the propane and away they go. They are there when we need them.
