Berico installed a Generac generator for us. This isn’t the first project we’ve called Berico for, and it won’t be the last. The work is an A+, however the experience this time around was a B. Unfortunately the timing was directly after Hurricane Michael and Berico was overrun with generator jobs that they were not staffed to do. The process took quite a while and was frustrating, but all that aside I still would not trust any other company to do the work and get it right the way that Berico does.

Outstanding product and installation. Competent, professional, friendly technicians. Might not be the cheapest vendor, but you get what you pay for! Better, in the long run, is cheaper. Berico is now my go-to HVAC company.

Contacted 3 companies and received quotes from all. Berico was able to get us a quote in 1 day and gave us 3 options. They also shared with us that there were rebates on some systems. They were able to get the unit installed the same week. Showed up on time and were very professional. Would recommend and hire again.

On May 28, 2018 Angie's List notified me that Berico Fuels Inc. requested a review from me regarding a service call they made on December 5, 2014. On that day, one of their technicians came to work on my gas logs, which were not working. After 40 minutes, he could not get the logs to light and speculated that the unit's valve could be defective. He suggested that one of his co-workers come out soon to give me an estimate for replacing the valve or the entire fireplace insert. I paid for the service call, but declined his suggestion. Some months later, an experienced technician from a different company came out and re-wired the unit, which has worked well since then.

Berico was on time and very helpful. Our service tech answered all of my questions and the job was completed in a timely manner.
