I have been using their services for about 15 years. They do a good job. Scheduling is great, I call to make an appointment and they always arrive when they say they will.

Salesman made call and discussed options from base units to ultra high efficency heat pumps. We ran pay back analysis and deterined which units would give me the most return for my money. House was inspected and duct sizes were not up to code. Their installers came and basically removed everything from the out door units, air handlers, and most of the ducting. All new equipment was installed. There were a few start up issues, but all was handled the next day first thing (even an offer to come at 900 PM for a shoet cycling problem). The problem was quickly diagnosed as a defective factory part and it was replaced. Units are running fine and have no issues. First utility bill with new heat pumps was about 65% of what I had been paying. Customer service was excellent and they did all I asked in a courteous manner. No problems with Bain whatsoever. As their ad says, "Thanks Bain"

It was great they. They did it quickly and efficiently. I found them to be very responsive and willing to jump on anything quick. They were reasonably priced. They got the job done in about 2 hours. I like them and I would recommend them.

They are excellent. I have an annual contract with them .They come out twice a year. They do everything I ask them to do. They will call you up to remind you of your appointments.

They are great. The servicemen are pretty thorough. It takes them about 30 minutes to do the checkup . I have a maintenance agreement with them for the whole year.

I have always had good service with them. They are very flexible and they have always been very friendly and accommodating for my schedule. I have been with them for about 10 years now, and they also installed my unit. I have a yearly contract with them which covers any repairs and checkups.

Once I found this company on Angies List, I called and they had someone out that very same day. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Once he had inspected the system and found that it required a part that he did not have with him, so we rescheduled for the next day. When he returned, he was very prompt, professional, and even took me out to show me what had happened and why the cost was so high. My only small issue was that I had specifically told the person who took the call that I had found them on Angies List and saw that they had an offer of 10% off on services, yet the price given to me on the invoice did not reflect that discount. However, when I realized that (after having written the check), the repairman was very nice about it and just refigured the cost and had me write another check for that amount instead. Overall, I was VERY satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again. I was especially impressed that they got someone out that very same day to assess the problem....GREAT customer service!! :-)

Dave and Rick arrived on time as promised. They removed the microwave, opened a hole through the wall, made a sheet metal sleeve and shield for outside and remounted microwave.The work was completed in approximately four hours.Dave and Rick were very professional and courteous and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with the result. Bain Heating & Air honored the Angie's List coupon which saved me $60.00 off the original quote of $600.00.

Said the unit is probably not worth repairing and I agreed to fill the freon since I am not ia a position to replace the unit. This does make sense to me since uses older freon and is less efficient thn required new units. I would use them to replace the unit at a later time.

We have 2 heating air conditioning agreements with them. We have 2 houses and they do a good job.If you have an agreement with them, they are dependable, they are very quick to respond.

We needed a new air unit in our rental home. Because we have tenants we needed it ASAP, other companys had a 3 week wait. Bain was able to get it installed 3 days after I called. They had it done in an afternoon.

Totally professional from start to finish. Inspection was done on Tuesday, new install began on Monday in the rain. Terry and his crew were very respectful of our property, covered shoes everytime they needed to enter our home. Finished the next day and did a beautiful job of clean-up, even putting marble chips around the new pad. Spent almost an hour checking out the operation of both systems and ensuring that everything was working properly. Fair price, honest, punctual, and totally professional. We highly recommend Bain!

Robert was very professional on his bid and thoroughly explained all details of work to be performed. The installation team arrived on time and were efficient in setting the systems up and even went to an extra degree to correct problems that were associated with my previous installation. They followed up after installation to make sure I was still satisfied with the process.

Have experienced problems with my main level A/C system since purchasing the house in 2010. Had a home warranty until January of this year. System would always work for a little while after having it serviced by the home warranty contract company, but it would never last. Contacted Bain on 6/22/12 to schedule service and they were actually able to send someone out the same day. The technician was very helpful, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to gently explain that my A/C was beyond hope and should have died about four years ago. Freon was completely gone and I'd just had it serviced in late fall 2011. My upper level A/C is still functioning but he checked it out and topped it off with freon. It was only about one pound low. He looked over the vents and intakes in the basement and main level, traced the air ducts, asked a lot of questions about air flow and power bills, etc. and answered all of my questions. He recommended some adjustments that could be made in the ducts to help with the air flow. Lastly, he provided estimates on three models of varying cost and the pros and cons of each. The technician provided me with a lot of information. Overall, I was very satisfied with experience. I'm still in the process of requesting estimates from other companies, but Bain is still at the top of the list.

I was incredibly impressed with the speed, price, and responsiveness! I called at about 1:30pm, and since it has been in the 100s temp-wise for the past few days I was worried I may be without AC for an extended period of time. By 3:30pm the technician had arrived AND had already fixed my AC! I would definitely recommend Bain to anyone and would use them again- it was a fantastic experience and I will probably be calling for a service contract with them in the Fall.

When our 22-year-old A/C unit upstairs died on Thursday, I went to Angie's List to check reviews of local HVAC service providers. I was impressed with the reviews and noticed their Angie's List coupon, so I gave them a call. Ronnie was polite and responsive to my call. He came to our house within a couple of hours to evaluate the situation. He then took time to explain what he found to both my husband (in person) and me by phone. He gave different options -- replacing both A/C and heating together or just the A/C and two different levels of products. Ronnie also told us about our options for financing. We decided on A/C replacement only and the 18 months same as cash financing. The price was fair, made even better by our $300 Angie's List coupon. We scheduled the installation for the following Wednesday. Ronnie came back out that evening with two window air conditioning units so that we could once again sleep in our bedrooms. We were quite thankful for this, and it made the 5 and 1/2 days until the installation very manageable. Ronnie did this even though the stop to our house made his day end around 8:30 or 9 p.m. Our installer and his assistant were professional, courteous and worked quickly. They finished in less than a day! We are loving our new A/C unit (works better than our old one ever did) and would recommend Bain to anyone needing HVAC work. Thanks to all the staff at Bain!!

The technician arrived promptly at 0800 the day of the appointment. We were impressed that he slipped protective covers on his shoes as he stepped over the threshold. We were assured even though our heat/ac unit is quite old, but still working efficiently, no further action was needed at the time. It was a comfort that is service was needed in the future our service call would handled as a priority. Bain Oil Co has since followed up with a call for maintenance check of our AC unit.

I've heard my AC banging on Monday evening and then then AC stopped working. I called Bain Oil on Monday evening and they returned my call immediatelly. We set uo an appointment on Wednesday morning and they were punctual. The guy came and fixed the problem and now my A/c works in full efficiency.

They arrived when they said they would, spent EXTRA time, actually throwing them a little off their own schedule, when they discovered that our second unit also had problems (we had called about a different unit). They even treated our pet cats with great care and kindness when they had to go into rooms where we had locked up the pets to keep them out the workers' way. When they left they made certain that we had a thorough understanding of what needed to be done to remedy the system and that we understood thoroughly the costs. My only POSSIBLE complaint is a very minor one indeed: they forgot to replace the cover on our breaker box: they had had to remove it to "trace" some wiring to the units involved. I think that they were running so late by the time they finished with us that they simply needed to get out the door. It was really not that big a deal: my wife and I easily screwed it back on, but I would normally expect workers to do so. These guys clearly know their business and could not have been any more cordial or helpful. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I like them. I was very pleased with them. I have a contract with them.

Bain representatives came out on a service call and fixed the furnace with an inexpensive replacement part instead of trying to sell us a new system. It was same day service and the parts were on the truck. I will trust them again.

A technician discovered there had been a smoldering fire of unknown nature behind a wall between condos that had caused significant soot build-up throughout my home. He inspected the switch and outlet plates and found soot as the first clue. He also checked all combustion devices in my home as probable causes (gas water heater, gas range, etc.) and found them to be clean. so he examined the heating system. His recommendations led to a second visit after duct cleaning to remedy the problem as far as the heating system went. He was thorough, persistent until he found the problem, educated me about the problem rather than treating me like "just a homeowner," and he was considerate of my home in his inspection. The second technician was equally professional in his work. He also did extra things he found such as low batteries in my thermostat which he replaced, and he checked the heating vents in my entire home. He repaired one of the vent mounts. His work on the heating system was tidy, an important aspect of his service, because I had just had a fresh paint job throughout 4 days before. He showed me all aspects of the heating system and told me some things I could do preventatively. He also informed me how I would know if trouble were occurring. The service manager at Bain I spoke with, Ronnie, was of great help to me. He called ahead to verify a technician would be arriving. Both technicians arrived ahead of schedule. Ronnie's customer service was excellent as were the two technicians.

Mike came on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend to take a look at our current (broken) AC unit. He emailed us that afternoon with about 4 options for replacement. We emailed him back with a few questions and he responded within a day. He was willing to work with us on price and even included a one-year service agreement with the price of the new unit. Working with Mike was easy and quick, but ultimately we chose a different a different company (a family friend) to install our AC unit. If you are interested in a Trane product, I would highly recommend contacting Bain.

They were very prompt and professional. They did such a good job, that I have a service contract with them. They were to the point and did upsell unnecessary services. They charged me a great price and they will get back soon to service my heater. They were honest and came early for the job. Their customer service was very good and did a great job. I like their services and will use the same in future.
