Description of Work: We have had a service contract with Bain for over 6 years. They come out twice a year to perform routine maintenance on our 2 units. We have never had any problems with them.

Description of Work: Called and set up an appointment for a quote for a full new unit and gas furnace. Had a schedule time on Thursday from 11-12 by 12:10 I had heard nothing and the rep was a no show. I contacted the office and they said they would call and find out where he was but told them never mind if they can not respect my time with even a phone call not a company I want to do business with.

Description of Work: Called company to get an estimate on replacing a furnace and a/c unit. Took three days before they could be bothered to call back, Had already contracted with another company by that time. Certainly a wasted opportunity for them, probably no loss for me.
