Description of Work: They clean carpet. They couldn't clean it as thoroughly as they advertise even after doing it twice. They cleaned the top, but the deep dirt was there after they left. I vacuumed after the carpet dried with a bag-less vac and was grieved.

Description of Work: Excellent job! My two bedrooms were cleaned very well. One room had a stain where the dog had been taking naps and they knew exactly what to do in order to treat the area. The technicians were courteous and prompt.
