Billie did a top to bottom cleaning of our new (to us) home prior to move-in. She and her crew did a top-notch job, even though we had to reschedule several times due to movers and closing hassles.

Billie is thorough and adds that special touch to make our house look neat and clean.

Billie and crew came in and made my house look and smell cleaner that it EVER has! I've had cleaners in the past and they didn't even come close to getting my house this clean. Billie came out the same day I called to give me an estimate and they were there the next day. Very honest about pricing. They spent 4 hours on my house, more than they usually would, just to get things perfect (and I have a very small house)!

Billie came in and made my apartment look like a home on tv. She contacted me shortly after I left a message and gave me an estimate of 140.00 but was honest and upfront that it may cost more or it may cost less depending on how long it takes. She called me two days early to confirm and was on time. My mother was home and Billie made her feel at ease so my mother left the apartment to let them do their job. Billie found things that were not in use and repurposed them. Her daughter made my boys room look like a room display that you would find at Pottery Barn Kids. I have NEVER seen my home or any place I lived ever look so perfect. The kitchen was fantastic and she rearranged things where it made sense- putting the spice rack beside the stove where it obviously should be. I can't say enough good things. I held back tears when I came home and saw it and my husband, mom, and kids all wanted to show me how clean each room was. I have a back injury and my mom who normally helps me is going out of town for the month of November and I need help keeping my home clean. I asked her to come every 2 weeks thru the holidays and the rate is 85.00 and I am so satisfied I plan to have her come even after then. I am definitely planning on building in her cleaning services into my monthly budget. I am so grateful for all she has done. She not only cleaned my house but I feel as though my home is complete and relaxing. Thank you so much Billie. I wish I could add pictures.

Billie and her team are great! Billie goes above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied with the service. Reasonable prices and easy to work with, too. Our house looked and smelled GREAT when we moved in. It was filthy previously, as it had not been lived in for almost one year. The best part is that Billie is dedicated to make sure you are satisfied. We certainly were and decided to hire them to clean our house going forward (every other week). We had our first cleaning service from Billie Kellems and her crew last week, and we could not be more pleased. The three women were here for a full three hours, and we returned to a sparkling home. Right from the first contact the previous week, when Billie came to our home for an estimate within 24 hours of our initial call, she was professional, courteous, and thorough. We have already scheduled future appointments every other week for the next three months and anticipate being on her list of customers for a long time to come.

Billie and her daughter are amazing! They both are super friendly, always arrive on time and leave the house in tip top shape! She is definitely the best cleaning service I have ever had. Well worth the money! My daughter was home from college and of course her room was a mess. Billie offered to jump in and help get the room straight. We are so busy and feel fortunate that we have found Billie to help keep our house in order. She takes her job seriously and is very conscientious about how the house looks when she leaves! We called Billie on Saturday morning and she came by Saturday afternoon to give us a quote to clean our house. We asked that it be cleaned thoroughly since we are getting it ready to be put up for sale. She scheduled us for Wednesday - all day - and she and Morgan arrived at 8:30 and worked until after 4 pm. I arrived home to a sparkling clean house. We decided to have her come every other week to maintain it until our house sells.

Billie cleaned a rental home for me after the tenants moved out. She turned a dirty home into a sparkling one! Windows, inside cabinets, bathrooms, etc. all for a very reasonable price. I would also hire her to clean my personal home if I lived in the Triad area.

They are very thorough. They do an excellent job. It helps me that they speak English because I have had people come here and they didn't understand me and I didn't understand them. It's a family run business and ndash; its Billie Kellems and her daughter and her nieces and it's wonderful. I think the price is fair.

Billie and Judy are great! I feel very comfortable leaving my house in their hands. I hired them because I would spend my whole weekend picking up my house and never seemed to get to the actual cleaning! I needed to stop spending my precious few minutes of family time obsessing over cleaning the house. This will hopefully give me back some time.
