They were on time and called just before they came, also, they were pleasant. Cleaning was marginal.

This is Angie Payseur, Megan's mom- I was present when Billie's crew came in and did their cleaning. Billie is very professional and prompt in her contact. She and her crew are hard working and very friendly. They did a fantastic job of cleaning the house from ceiling to floors. The house was spotless. I highly recommend them.

I used Preferred Cleaning Service. They were here about a month ago. I think it was $100. She did a good job. I would tell others that we would recommend her. We are using her on a two week basis.

Billie's team does an excellent job of providing a cleaning service that is reliable and does a great job. I've been using her services for the last several months and my baseboards are finally clean! They have been trustworthy and reliable and I'd recommend them to anyone else in the area!

I travel a lot and have some health issues that make cleaning my own home difficult. The ladies come in and dust, mop, scrub, and wipe down and leave a sparking clean, sweet smelling home behind. If there is ever a problem, like extreme weather, Billie calls ahead and works with you to make any needed changes to the schedule. If I have any questions or concerns, Billie takes care of them. Just leave a message and Billie will call you back in the next day or two. No drama, no unpleasant surprises. These ladies do a fabulous job.

It went great. Billie and her team showed up on time and I was very comfortable when she left that my company would walk into a clean house.

They do a great job. They are always on time, or let you know if they are going to be running late. They get right to work and work the whole time they are here. The house always looks and smells so nice when they are done.

This was our first time having Billie and her crew cleaning our townhouse. They were here 10 min. early and started to work immediately. They cleaned the windows and dusted the blinds, hand washed the base boards (which had not been cleaned in 4 years), wiped off the kitchen counters, cleaned the microwave, and wiped down all of our stainless steel appliances. After they had cleaned the hardwood floors, vacuumed the carpet and finished the bathroom our home was looking and smelling great. Billie even washed the few dishes on the counter! We are very pleased with her work and are anticipating the next visit.

I was thoroughly impressed with Billie and her team! They pulled furniture from the walls, cleaned every blind -- ultimately, they cleaned every corner of my house. They even restored a porcelain sink to its original beauty, and my hardwood floors haven't looked this good in years. They'll be returning every other week, thank goodness!

Billie and her team came and did a thorough cleaning. I have a ton of blinds and woodwork and hardwood floors, now everything sparkles like new. They did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them. My hardware floors have never looked better. This team WORKS. My house was party ready (which is why I called them). Now I have signed up for every 2 weeks cleaning. I started with Preferred Cleaning Services by requesting a deep cleaning for my house. Billie and her girls did a wonderful job. So good, in fact, that I decided it was money well spent to have them come every other week to help me keep the house looking good. I so enjoy coming home to a clean house. It has really taken some stress away - allowing me the free time to take care of my husband, grandkids, mother and all our pets. Thank you Billie!!!!! for giving me some time back.

It went wonderfully. Billie is so very nice and so was Morgan and Ashley. I was kind of worried because I am at home, and I have health problems, and I was afraid I would be judged unkindly, and so my husband and I called Preferred Cleaning Service. Those sweet angel girls were so sweet and good to me and did a fantastic job on my very dusty house. I am so happy we called Billie and we are looking forward to working with them for a long time. They really do a good job, they ask if there is anything special that needs to be done, and if there is to just let them know. They clean everything just as they promise, and they do it with kindness and a good heart. It's very hard to let someone else do the things that I used to be so capable of doing, but when your health puts a stop to regular everyday things like cleaning your home you have to ask for help. I could not have asked for better people to help us out. The last thing she says on the way out, is if there are any problems just give her a call, or text and she will fix them. They not only did a great job cleaning our home but they made my day a lot better, and my life a lot easier. My wife and I are very happy with Billie's service and would recommend her to anyone.She and her crew did an excellent job. She is committed to excellence, wants to make her customer happy with her service, does a finish-up walk-through with the customer, and makes right anything missed, which is rare. The house sparkles, a real pleasure to be in.

First two sessions went OK, Then I found out the owner of the cleaning service wanted to use her own cleaning solutions (instead of my non-toxic organic ones) and was bringing helpers with her whom I had not previously met or interviewed. When I asked if I could get to know the helpers before they started to be in my home, she said No, it was her company and it was up to her to decide who did or did not help her and who could be in my home, and what cleaning solutions to use. When I disagreed with that approach -- pointing out that it was my home and the final decision rested with me -- she said she was ready to leave because she was unhappy I was questioning her. I said I was sorry she felt that I was questioning her judgment but that I always like to know who is in my home. Ultimately, we mutually agreed that it would be best if we both moved on. She left without cleaning the house the third time. In the previous two sessions, she and her daughter had done a fairly OK job, but they needed a lot of guidance. Both times her daughter was very distracted by her cell phone and was on it quite a bit. Also, they didn't use any cleansers on the hardwooqd floors or on the bathroom linoleum, saying that just water worked fine! The floors were sticky after they left the first time, and I had to guide them the second time, basically the whole time they were in the house.

Billie and her great crew clean every other week. They always do a great job and it takes a load off our busy schedule. Billie has a great attention to detail and it shows every time she finishes.

Billie contacted me within a couple of hours of my leaving the message on Angie's list---we arranged a time for her to come out and give me an estimate and she was actually early to that meeting which is refreshing--- Billie and her crew came out a couple of weeks later and honestly the rooms they deep cleaned have not looked that good and smelled that good in years---I have a cleaning person but now that I see what Billie and her folks can do I have fired my cleaning person and begged Billie to clean for me---I have pets in the house and Billie and her team made everything sparkle ---also the extra touches around re-arranging things for added convenience and re-decorating ideas were a plus and so welcome--- Billie and her team clean the old fashioned way and there is no surface cleaning to these folks--they are the real deal---I can unequivocally recommend them to all--- Thank You Billie! Billie returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. She and her team did a fantastic job in every room. Furniture was pulled out for cleaning behind it; everything was dusted, swept, mopped. The bathrooms sparkled; and throughout the entire house the baseboards, window sills and mini-blinds were wiped down. Friendly, very efficient, and affordable. So glad I called her!
