The plumber was prompt, accessed the problem immediately, fixed it and cleaned up the entire area he?d been working in and around. The rates were reasonable because the Plumbing Connection charges by the job, not an hourly rate and no extra charge for travel. Already telling our neighbors about this great service. We are so lucky to have found them on Angie?s List.

Left a message on Jim Bridge's after hours contact number and was promised to receive a call back within 10 minutes according to the recording. He never called back.

He was quick and ran out and got the part we needed. Did it all in the same day! Very happy with the end result!!

They did a great job and responded to our need quickly. We just bought a home that need a p-trap and vent for the washing machine drain upstairs. The owner before had only straight lined which was causing sewer gas to come into the laundry. Plumbing connections re-plumbed that area so it now drains properly and no longer smells that did excellent work.

The company provided a written estimate and responded to multiple questions.

I tried for 3 days to get Jim to come out to fix a problem. We had a hard time connecting. When we finally talked he said he would come out that evening, he never showed and didn't call. When I called him he said he would be out the next morning, he never showed and never called.

Several plumbing leaks and pipes needed replaced/repaired. New water tank was put in and old one removed. Young man worked diligently on a very hot day to complete the jobs and additional items we needed fixed. We had a deadline to meet and this company did a great job and was fast to accommodate our needs. Rated the costs an A, but we had nothing to compare it to. Young man worked all day in the heat and never took a break. The workmanship seems good and cleanup an A+.

I was able to speak with Jim Bridges, the owner of the business, on my first call. We have a broken hot water heater that needs replacement and I was looking to receive an estimate. He was able to meet me to give the estimate within an hour and was so amazingly helpful even drained our unit, which had been leaking a little at a time onto our basement floor. He was knowledgeable and professional and explained to us our options very clearly, complete with materials he left for us to review at our leisure. His estimates were fair and my husband and I intend to review the materials and decide which unit we wish for him to install. I was very, very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend you call Plumbing Connection.

Same day estimate. Provided a quote within $100 of a previous quote & his work seemed less invasive. Did work quickly & seems to have done it well. Provided a two year warranty on the work. Satisfied.

I called them that morning about replacing the toilet and when they asked when I wanted the work done, I asked if they could do it that day since we had a home showing the next day. They came right out that afternoon and installed the new toilet. Because of the old fixture in the bathtub, being from 1972, it was going to require some tile work before they could fix it. Jim took a picture of it and said that he would try and find one to replace the one I had. It took him some searching and he was able to find it. As soon as the part came in, they met me at the house and installed it. I told them the new dishwasher leaked the first time I tried to use it and him and his assistant looked at it and it was not installed properly, not only did it leak, the space above the dishwasher was an unattractive gap from the counter top. Jim and his assistant ( sorry I can't remember his name), leveled it up for me and it looks great! He didn't charge me for correcting the dishwasher installation. Both Jim and his assistant were very professional and very nice. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will call them again for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Plumbing Connection contacted me the next day via phone after a late email I sent describing the various work i needed performed.Jim Bridges, owner of Plumbing Connection came to my home and gave me a free estimate that I thought was very reasonable especially since some of the work was for the Installation of an unusual job, a replica vintage shower ring along with replica vintage tub faucet and the riser and supports for the ring for a cast iron tub. Also he gave me estimate for the sink faucet for my bowl sink in the bathroom as well. I sent an email one evening explaining the varied plumbing jobs. There were several. I had mentioned that I had a few jobs in the bathroom that I wanted completed first and the others would come later. I only wanted one of them done right away and the other work would be in my kitchen renovation. I had needed kitchen sink sett and the plumbing for faucet, dishwasher, garbage disposal and also hot water tank, gas line run for range as well as line run for gas dryer and hvac gas line run. There was a lot tomdiscuss. He took the time to explain all of it to me. I really appreciate this! There were lots of jobs and he came and explained everything and gave me very good estimates. Estimates that I later found out were true. We set a time to begin and he came as scheduled along with his tech Jay, He was very polite and professional as well. They put on feet protectors to keep germs and dirt off of my floors. I really do appreciate their professionalism. So that day, I had been sitting in the yard looking at my house for further renovation when a sparkling eye catching plumbing van pulled up. I normally do not see a work truck that looks like it should be in an auto show but the van was intersting and eye catching! A work truck is a work truck but it did show that some pride was taken in the company and truck. I liked that! I must say I was married to a plumber years ago and I have to tell you that my husband had never wore a white short sleeve cotton shirt to work. This was not the case with Jim and his technician Jay. They both were sparkling and neat, clean, professional and polite. He gave me the job price of varied plumbing I needed in the bathroom and the kitchen as well as the locating water lines for future work with a pipe line detector. This was very helpful to detect lines especially since I bought an older home and no one seemed to know where lines were but Jim found them not only for the plumbing needed done but also to locate the lines for the power company since I was having work done with the electric company. After agreeing that Jim would do the the work we set a time for it all to happen . They installed the shower ring and the riser,, tub faucet on my cast iron tub. It looks great and I love it. They also put in a new faucet on the bathroom bowl sink which looks great and works fine too. I am very pleaaed on every level And can not say enough good things about the work ethics or integrity or the communication and time spent on all of the explanation. Jim and Jay are presently working on the gas lines for the gas range and will soon be installing sink and hooking up the washer / gas dryer.. I seriously am very happy with all of Jim 's work and his knowledge, He is not just a plumber who can change out a faucet.He is well versed in all aspects of plumbing , keeps up with on going learnign and I am very happy of all his attention to detail he has given to me. They were wonderful and this is our second time using them. They gave us a very fair price and did everything that we needed them to do. They called to let us know that they were coming and they were very nice and professional. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Great. I set it all up on email. They arrived fixed the two issues I needed fixed immediately..then really researched a bigger problem, gave me an estimate and set up an appointment in a few weeks to repair a bigger bathroom issue. So happy with the service.

We called. He checked out what needed to be done. He did the work as promised in a timely manner. Couldn't have been easier. He did not charge to reconnect the faucet at the rental house because he was already there to fix the washer drain and had not quoted the faucet reconnect.

I have passed by this business for a number of years and kept meaning to give them a call to clean out a drain trough. I finally needed some additional work done so gave them a call. I needed the outside spicket trimmed (or at least that's what I thought) since it was poking out from the wall after we had some drywall put up on the inside garage wall. When Jim arrived, he told me that the pipe could not simply be cut due to the shut off mechanism inherent in the shaft of the pipe. This meant he would have to open up my drywall to replace the whole pipe. My heart sank we had the walls painted a few months ago and I did not want to have to get another person to repair and then paint the area. He offered to get a wall plate to cover the open area so that it would still look tidy and finished at no additional charge. He and his assistance did the repair in a matter of a few minutes and cleaned up the drywall dust they created. He even showed me the bulging in the old pipe due to freezing water from the hose being left on the pipe during winter months not allowing the leftover water to drain out-lessen learned. Overall very satisfied and will use again with confidence!

I submitted a detailed email request for service and received no reply - no contact was made by the company, whatsoever. I waited on an email or a phone call and heard nothing. Totally lacking professionalism to not reach out when a service request is made.

It was the first time I had used them. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They were very nice. They looked and listened to everything I had to say. They found things that I wasn't aware of and took care of everything.

Called Plumbing Connection (Jim) and left message. He quickly returned call and set up a time to come by. Ran a little late but called to let us know. He gave an estimate, described what he would do and we gave the go-ahead. He started on the washer drain but had to order the part for the tub and said he would return in about a week. He scheduled for the following thursday and after a little miscommunication (he thought he had scheduled for friday) he arrived and completed the work. Wife compained about some scuff marks on the wall in the wash room, but it was a cramped area. So far everything is working fine.

He was fantastic and I want to make sure that others know about him. I called on a Saturday night I mentioned that it wasn't an emergency and asked to have him call on Monday. He called back within 10 minutes. He asked if I needed him to come on Sunday. I told him Monday would be fine. He called to say that he was going to be a little late. The fact that he called I thought was great. He showed up he was here to look at the garbage disposal and then the sink and the toilet and the shower in our bathroom were not working correctly. When he got here he had a list of 5 - 6 things for him to look at. He got me some prices for the new garbage disposal and gave me the options of the different prices or he said that we could buy our own and he would install it for us. He fixed our toilet and he showed me how to fix the problem I was having with the sink and he didn't charge me for fixing the shower because he said it only took him 5 minutes. On the way out, I couldn't get the nozzle off my hose and he fixed that for me also, and didn't charge me for it either. We bought the disposal through him and he fixed it in the morning. He made a special trip to Concord and installed the disposal around 4:30 and he left everything spotless. He was wonderful. I will continue to use him in the future.

BAD IMIPRESSION !!! No response from company ! I am sure they must be very good plumbing service - just bad customer relations as far as my experience.
