Plumbing Connection

Plumber was lat for appointment due to a prior job lasting longer than expected.

OMG. What a professional man. Being a woman and letting someone come to my home was scary, however, he made me feel comfortable. He examed under my house for leaks, checked the connection to the stepic tank then fixed the toilet to ease my mind about future leaks. Thank you Jim Bridges!

I was not disappointed either. Jim was professional and really nice. He got my osmosis system installed and it works as expected. He also tightened up my side sprayer that had been loose for a long time. I appreciated his attention to detail and making sure I was very happy with the job he did. I will definitely use Jim going forward for all our plumbing needs.

Jim was professional and timely. I contacted him on a Saturday evening and he was here Monday morning.

Initial contact was quick and friendly. Time set up for 3p.m. Plumber had to work extra at another place, and reschedule for next morning made. Jim arrived and completed repairs with ease and expertise. He was very friendly and very fair in price.

I was referred to Jim by another provider who said "if there's anyone who can get this done, it will be Jim- he's excellent". Based on that, I called him and was not disappointed. I called him around 9:30ish and by 1pm, he was at my house. He was very good at explaining what had to be done and kept me in the loop during the entire process. One thing i really do appreciate is honesty, letting me know what my choices are and what would be the pros & cons.. Jim did just that. He was able to dislodge a cable stuck in my pipes (which took a very long time- not due to him but how deep the issue was) and clean my pipes out. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone. Will definitely be using him for future service calls.

It went fine. They were courteous, professional, and knew what they were doing. In particular Jim diagnosed a hidden leak I did not know I had, that could have caused more expensive repairs down the road. I have no complaints, and expect to use them again next time I have plumbing issues.

Jeremy came out after I called from an Angie?s List Monthly magazine ad. My job/situation seemed to have been added to his schedule after a hard days work elsewhere. He arrived on time, during peek afternoon traffic time. He looked at the job (replace water line and cut-off valve above the pressure regulator over the water heater), immediately knew what he needed and checked the inventory on his vehicle; unfortunately he was short a couple of connectors and had to go to HD again in traffic to get them. Returned and completed the job, quickly and satisfactorily. Had a little heartburn with the job pricing vs. time and parts, but this might be the industry standard these days. Would recommend.

We discovered a water leak in a hall closet. Jeremy promptly came out and fixed the leak. He also went to Lowe's and got a cover made to cover that can be opened if needed, to keep the faucet from being bumped or knocked on. Again Jeremy did a wonderful job with professionalism and I will call him in a heartbeat for anymore of our plumbing needs.

We had movers moving our stuff in to our new house and realized there was a leak where the previous owners had their washing machine that wasn't detected by our inspector. We called Plumbing Connection and Jeremy soon showed up. He was able to fix the problem before the movers unloaded our washing machine so we could hook it right up. Jeremy has done work for me before and is very professional, dependable and prompt. He saved the day for us that day and we were so grateful that he understood our situation and was able to come right away.

Went as expected & as promised. With the exception of being late on the first day of work, I'd have to say I am highly satisfied. This is the second time we have used Jim for plumbing work & in my opinion, his prices are fair & his work is well done.

I've been calling Jim Bridges for a few years now. He always calls back promptly, is on time, neat, takes care to clean up and protect my floors, etc., and fixes the problem. His fees are reasonable for the service and professionalism that he provides. I also like that he can email or print me my invoice on the spot from his iPad-based business management software. It is a pleasure doing business with him.

Jim responded promptly to the message I left via voicemail on Thurs, 5/21. He came out the next day to see what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He also alerted me to the Angies's list coupon. We scheduled the install for no later than the following Wednesday (Memorial Day delayed the process a day), but he was out here Tuesday afternoon to do the connection. After the required inspection on Wednesday, he came back, filled the trench, replaced the sod and cleaned up the area involved. I'm very impressed with his professionalism and his work. I will call him again if I need a plumber in the future. I will also recommend him to friends and neighbors.

The work was fine, prompt and reasonably priced. Not much more to ask for, and I will be using them if I have further plumbing needs.

I had called a plumber earlier in the day (also a member of Angie's List). His price for this same job was $366. I told him this was too much and would seek someone else. I called Plumbing connection and explained what I needed and asked for a cost estimate. Without hesitation he said, $159. We scheduled the work and when finished, the cost was $159. This will be the company I call in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I asked for a quote for multiple plumbing jobs, shower remodel, install fixtures, and moving laundry connection. Jeremy came out promptly and on time. Jeremy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was looking forward to receiving their quote. However, after several emails and calls to the owner, I never received a quote. I guess he doesn't want the job. I gave a F for professionalism for never receiving the quote or a call back.

Arrived exactly when I was advised. Tried to repair existing disposal but was evident I needed a new one. they purchased a disposal that day and installed it. Great service.

The plumber arrived within 1 hour of my call. Very nice and professional. He quoted the price before he began the work and told me it was under warranty for a year. I asked him to let me know before he left if he would assist me in putting installation back around my well pump, turning the water back on and getting my well house (concrete lid) back on the well. He took care of everything himself without my intervention. I was impressed. Plumbing Connection made what I thought was going to be a very unpleasant experience quick, easy and painless. I highly recommend them.

We contacted Plumbing Connection on recommendation from HOA's property manager and were not disappointed. Plumber came to our home to check leaks on short notice, shut down and removed leaking toilet (main problem), and allowed us time to replace water damaged hardwood flooring around toilet. Returned to finish reseating toilet the next day, all for agreed fixed fee.

Jim knew the exact solution I needed to have almost instant hot water to all areas of my home. I had never heard of a hot water recirculation system. If you have long waits for hot water, you need one. Jim was knowledgeable and professional. He installed it right within my existing plumbing with no major construction needed. I will be telling everyone about this thing. Thanks Jim for making our home more efficient and enjoyable. If you have this or any plumbing issue, you've gotta call Plumbing Connection.

The tech from Plumbing connection was polite and professional. He did a great job in a short time for a reasonable price.

He was recommended and called by my lawn person. Jim responded quickly, came out and made the repair same day. Jim was so very professional and courteous. Impressed

The owner himself and his great staff came to my home putting off someone elses job because mine was more important... He came right in gave me his price and we agreed and it was performed quickly... They were very nice and cordial and never complained... I asked about having issues with my draining in my bath tube and he even cleaned that out without charge... He not only priced me at a 50 gal hot water tank he actually gave me a 55 gallon tank for the same price, throw in the drain pipe cleaning in the bathroom it was an A plus service... Yes I did give him a B on price but Im sure anyone I would have used it would have been the same.. I personally use to do a lot of the work myself but having been disabled I cant anymore so its hard for me to spend what the avg price is on anything.. His prices are in line with others some higher some lower but for the extra things the B honestly could be an A.. Its actually my issue as Im the one on a tight budget and he did exactly what he said he would do and even threw in the couple extras... Great guy, Great Service, I am currently going to call him again lol for more work... So be expecting my call Jim... Actually giving him an A on price... Yeah I wish I could have saved more due to budget but I need him out here again and I hope he will work with me some on this deal like he did on my last...
