We have an old house, which of course comes with lots of little--and not so little--plumbing headaches. Chip with Plumbing Connection has professionally fixed all the problems we've had. I intend to keep him on speed dial!

Arrived on time, very courteous and professional. Did an excellent job on repairs. I have been remolding a rental house and it has been a nightmare. Plumbing Connection is the only company that I have dealt with and had no issues.

The work was completed in a reasonable time without delays. All work was done in a professional manner and the work sites were left in clean condition. We were well pleased with everything. We will certainly consider using them the next time we have a problem.

They were fixed, for a very hefty price... $424.00. Insanely expensive.

Misunderstood request & sent assistant to install garbage disposal. When informed of misunderstanding Jim agreed to call & come by next day around noon but failed to call & failed to show up even after I left a message asking if we were still on for visit. So I waited all day. Very poor customer support.

My plumber was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and quick about the replacement.

Great as always with Jim Bridges. We received a city requirement letter for irrigation system enhancements, with very little lead time to accomplish the task. Jim answered the phone promptly, got me scheduled, texted timing updates as needed, and showed up on time as always. He is VERY dependable, and professional. The work was completed neatly, in less than an hour, and a clear estimate of future work was provided.

It went well and but labor/part were very expensive.

I have used this company FAITHFULLY for the past couple years and IF YOUR READING THIS REVIEW! I WILL TELL YOU THAT THIS COMPANY, THE OWNER JIM, IS THE MOST HONEST, RELIABLE plumbing company there is out there and will not OVERCHARGE you. I have used the Angie's list Super Service Awarded EXPENSIVE companies and have been overcharged but thought it was worth it when come to find out, the problems were never fixed properly and had to call Jim to fix it correctly after a CATASTROPHIC damage after a couple years. I had a toilet fixed by a reputable company and 1 year later had water flowing out below it into kitchen nonstop. I will not use ANYONE BUT PLUMBING CONNECTION from now on. We as consumers depend on these reviews to tell the truth and to let others know and I faithfully will tell you you need to not use anyone but this company. Good luck if you don't take this to heart.

They have always fixed our issue satisfactorily. At my business, i have 60 employees so any plumbing issues that effect my employees can be really bad. This has not happened.

They did an amazing job. I just bought the house and plumbing was backing up everywhere. My homeowner’s warranty, they sent out somebody and they didn’t do camera ling and he was telling me that it was all because of the tree roots and that he couldn’t do anything and then I paid him $75 and he left and didn’t do nothing. I even told him, I said the plumbing’s backing up under my kitchen sink, and he said well, it’s all because of the same problem and he didn’t do anything. He didn’t do nothing. He didn’t look. I should have called them, but I didn’t, I just got mad and I looked through the Yellow Pages and I picked somebody, but the people that I picked, they did an awesome job. I mean, I had to pay them $500 but they did a lot of work. The other person didn’t even look. He just said it was tree roots in the ground. He didn’t look at nothing. Plumbing Connection looked at it and he said that when they put in the new vanity in the bathroom that they put the plumbing in wrong. It’s back on the other side of the kitchen and it solved the whole problem.

Jim Bridges, owner of Plumbing Connection, was responsive, competent, and very pleasant to deal with. He solved a sewer issue with the City utility department that we had been unable to solve for years! Other plumbers who looked at the problem all said that the City would have to install a new tap -- something that we thought would never happen. But Jim discovered the real source of the problem and was able to fix it without involving the City. Hooray! I would highly recommend Plumbing Connection, and will not hesitate to call Jim again. Very knowledgeable, good work ethic, takes pride in his work, cares about people -- just an overall great guy.

Jim is the BEST ever! He came on a Sunday with a schedule that was so full he couldn't breathe. Jim put my mind at ease and he didn't even charge me. Thank you Jim. Septic people stated that there was a leak we re-called Jim and in his busy schedule he came back and checked out our plumbing, on a Sunday! Of course, he was professional, kind and explained in terms I could understand. Luckly there wasn't a problem. Jim is the BEST!!!
