Description of Work: We had several different plumbers come out to our home to "fix" our issue. Plumbing Connection came out and diagnosed the real issue and saved us 1000's of dollars and actually fixed the problem. Very happy with them and would recommend them to everyone. Plus I appreciate how clean they are since we had a disgusting situation with another company leaving a mess he made for me to clean up after he left. Not the case with Plumbing Connection, they clean up afterwards!

Description of Work: Jim Bridges quoted a fair price with a two year warranty to install a new kitchen faucet and repair a leeking kitchen water pipe. he and His help wore protective boots so no to dirty the house and cleaned up after themselves completly. They came on time and worked quickly. I would recommend them highly. i was/am very satisfied with their owrk and would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreWhile he was here I asked him about a spot on my bathroom ceiling and whether he thought it might be a water leak. He went up into the attic and identified the source of the leak around a vent. He did this voluntarily and at no charge...Talk about service!! He was immaculate with everything he did and would not leave until it was right. We called him with a question after he left, and this was after 8 pm and he called us back within 10 minutes. You get what you pay for and I was very satisfied.
Description of Work: I called this firm to fix a running toilet and install a new kitchen faucet.

 + 1 moreMr. Bridges was fantastic. He was patient when I used extremely technical terms like "thingy" and "I don't know, there's a lot of water?" His prices were excellent, he understood that I had to work within a budget and couldn't go crazy with outrageous systems and worked with me. Mr. Bridges answered every question I had and explained which equipment he'd be replacing my old items with, why, what the warranties covered, what to expect from the new equipment and maintenance that I will need to do on a yearly basis. I would absolutely recommend Plumbing Connection and will call again when more plumbing things break. :-)
Description of Work: Mr. Bridges replaced a broken water heater, brought everything up to code and unclogged a drain.

But other than that, everything was a great experience. I've used the company before, and have been pleased each time with the work, service, price, etc. Faucet works great now, and no leaks!

They replaced the pipe and also made suggestions about other things that I should fix as well and gave me estimates on that. I am satisfied with their service and I would highly recommend them.

In addition to fixing my sinks and and attempting to fix my instant hot water faucet, I had a hose that had the sprinkler head corroded on and we could not get it removed. I asked Jim if he could help and he did without a single thought. In addition, after he left, he called me back with additional information about the instant hot water dispenser to help us with our decision. We will definitely call Plumbing Connections with any future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: We had three separate plumbing issues when we called Plumbing Connections. The main problem was with the one sink in our master bathroom. Without knowing too much about plumbing, I can only say that the part of the stopper that connects to the lever that controls the stopper broke in half. The second problem was with the cold water handle being stripped in our hall bath and the third was with the instant hot water dispenser leaking in our kitchen. Jim came the same day that I called him and he was able to quickly diagnose the problems, order the necessary parts and provide a suitable, easy-to-understand estimate. He told me to call him as soon as the parts came in, which I did. We set up an appointment for 6/28/2010 at 12:00 and he arrived on-time and fixed both the hall and master bathroom sinks. The instant hot water problem cannot be fixed without a complete, costly replacement and we are deciding how to move forward. Jim called Insinkerator and they confirmed that the parts are proprietary and that they are not made to be fixed.

Had him come out the next day to fix the source of the leak, and he was able to come the next afternoon. He determined the cause and fixed the issue within 30 minutes.  + -1 moreThe plumber who came to get the work done is a very good plumber. Since he is our friend, he didn?t charge the full price. The price that he charged was neither too high nor too low. I got an estimate first like a couple of months ago. When I was ready to get the work done, I called him up. He came out within a few days and did the entire job in about two and a half days. It was a pretty good and tough job. He did everything and cleaned up everything.
