The Neat Squad has been cleaning my 1500 sf house monthly for almost a year. They do a thorough, meticulous job of cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, living/dining room & kitchen. I have laminate flooring in 2/3 of the house - and two active dogs - and they sweep/vacuum/mop the floors so well that they look new after every cleaning. Before each appointment they send an email reminder, plus a follow-up text message with their ETA on the day of cleaning. They are punctual, professional, and extremely courteous at all times. I am very grateful for their help and so glad that I found them.

The Neat Squad cleans my 1500 sf house monthly, and the proprietor, David Salinas, always maintains excellent communications so that I know the exact date and time my house will be cleaned. He texts 15-20 minutes before their arrival. The crew cleans my bathrooms, sweeps, vacuums, dusts, and wet-mops the extensive laminate flooring in the house, which is usually dirty from dog-prints and small debris. I have used them for 2 years and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Mr. David Salinas and his crew at Neat Squad. Neat Squad cleaned very well, and they were extremely easy to work with when it came to scheduling (and re-scheduling). The floor polish made the wood floors look brand new! The details: Mr. Salinas was exceedingly patient and flexible. We were moving out of a rented "executive home". The landlords/homeowners lived in another state, but they were coming to town in order to prepare the house for sale. Unfortunately, our landlords kept changing their plans, which, in turn, required us to change our plans--multiple times. Mr. Salinas was downright saintly in spite of the trouble we gave him. In the end, Mr. Salinas allowed us to split-schedule the services we wanted in order to accommodate the homeowners' scheduling demands. This surely had the effect of making Mr. Salinas' own life more difficult while simultaneously making my family's otherwise difficult situation easier. The homeowners/landlords were extremely pleased with the condition of the house, and their agent was especially impressed with the wood floors.

They sent 2 workers to clean/maintain my newly built home. Very good work overall. My only complaint would be that I had told them not to ring the doorbell, which they did. I spoke to the owner and he was very apologetic, offered a discount on our next cleaning. Other than that, the house looked great.

I haven’t seen my house this clean in years. They did a terrific job on every area of my home. Their attention to detail is impressive, their costumer service, amazing. Definitely a keeper.

We are now using the monthly service at a very reasonable price.

Neat Squad has been amazing both times they’ve been in my house. There’s no chatting, no music playing, no phone calls... just cleaning. They are very dedicated and oh so nice. They truly are “Cleaning Professionals” like their company name states. I love their work and will continue using their services on a bi.weekly basis.

David did a fantastic job. He scrubbed the floor with bleach and another cleaner. Removed cobwebs and cleaned shelves. Everything looked great.

My entire house was thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. Very pleased with the team that was sent to my house, they were very courteous and very professional. I specified that I wanted them to pay extra attention to the windows, which they did an excellent job. After seeing their work first-hand, I now understand why they’re so well reviewed. Job performed to satisfaction.I have 2 dogs and 3 cats,they did a great job vacuuming my carpet.I saw them fill 3 bags full of my pet's hair.Everything looks and smells great.Communication was excellent, I received an appointment reminder 2 days prior and a text the day of the cleaning.Arrived within the time window they had given me. Impeccable cleaning service. They pick up things off the counter and clean underneath. They are the best cleaning team that I've ever had. They worked really hard and they did a fantastic job cleaning my 3 bathrooms.

This is a very professional group of people that work really well. They showed up on time and went straight to work. This is not a must, but I like the fact that the 2 ladies and the gentleman that showed up all spoke English, made it very easy for me to communicate. They were friendly, polite and worked wonders on my entire house. I will definitely be giving them a call in the near future to have them clean my home again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good home cleaning service.

They thoroughly cleaned my kitchen, 2 and a half bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living room, dinning room and my small office space. They were very nice people and they did their work beautifully. I intend to continue using them on a bi-weekly basis and would highly recommend them to others.
