Hired them to clean my parent’s home. They did a great job.

Cleaners were fast, thorough and efficient. Owner responded to my emails promptly and was very detailed on what was going to be cleaned. I was very pleased with their work and will continue using their services.

I had my old home cleaned prior to putting it on the market (about 3 moths ago). Neat squad did a fantastic job getting the house looking like new. I was so pleased with their service that I decided to have them clean my new home every 2 weeks. They have been a blessing and we couldn’t be happier.

A crew of 3 showed up on time and went straight to work. I was very pleased with the cleaning and was also very impressed with their honesty. When they were vacuuming my room they found a few $100 bills under a chair, I didn’t even know that money was there, they immediately went to me and told me about the money. I also have a small plate on my kitchen counter where I put my keys, it has a very small crack on the side. One of the ladies came up to me to told me about the crack, she said she had cleaned the plate carefully but noticed the small crack and was afraid that maybe she was the one that did it. I told her not to worry since it wasn’t her, but I did appreciate her telling me, I know accidents happen and It’s nice to know I will be informed if anything ever happens. I will absolutely hire them again, they were fast, efficient, professional and very friendly.

They did such an amazing job. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, a very detailed cleaning list was sent to me prior to the appointment and was offered additional services that could be added to my cleaning. I received an appointment reminder a day before my cleaning and a text before the team arrived. My job requires me to move from state to state constantly and I always hire locally owned business to clean my home. After having used many services in the past, I can say without a doubt that this is the best cleaning service I’ve ever had. From my kitchen to my bathrooms to my bedroom, everything looks, feels and smells amazing. I just wish I could take them with me wherever I go. Dave answered the phone himself when I called on Wed to see if he had any availability on Fri (2 days later) He happened to have a 8:00 AM slot which was perfect. Him + 2 other ladies cleaned for 3 hours and the place looked fantastic. Very professional & did a great job!

It was awesome. Three workers worked for a solid three hours. Very efficient and professional. Will definitely hire them again and hope to get their deep cleaning next time.

Last year, when unexpected visitors gave me only 12 hours notice, David worked me into his schedule THE NEXT DAY and cleaned my first floor. Last week, I hired Neat Squad to Deep Clean my entire house. He and his team did a fantastic job. The job took longer than expected, but they stayed until it was done. Neat Squad also provides helpful email and text reminders. All in all, a very professional company. It's such a pleasure to work with kind people!

I hired Neat Squad (dealt directly with David Salinas) to do a deep clean of my home and had a wonderful experience. He was responsive to my inquiry, provided a thorough explanation of the services that would be performed, additional services that could be added, and was upfront and honest about the cost. He answered all of my questions, was timely, and most importantly, did a fantastic job! We contracted for a deep clean with interior windows and could not be happier. We will definitely use their services in the future.

A team of 3 lovely ladies clean my home on a bi-weekly basis. I've never had to clean up after them or remind them to clean something they forgot. They are very consistent and always do a wonderful job, specially in my kitchen, which is where I spend most of my time. The owner is extremely professional and is very accommodating when it comes to adding extra services to my cleanings (cleaning windows, cleaning my professional oven, cleaning baseboards by hand) or when I’m out of town and need to reschedule. I would absolutely recommend to all looking for a great, honest cleaning company.

I received this text before the appointment: "Deep cleaning for your home should take 3.5 to 4.5 hours. First time cleanings usually take longer, so it will probably take us 4.5 hours" They were there for 4 hours and 45 minutes, which is 15 minutes longer than I was told it should take. I then received an email saying they were there "1 hour and 45 minutes longer than expected" and that he needed to raise the price of cleaning my home. Since I have the original text saying 4.5 hours was expected, this was just bad business. I will not use them again.

My wife and I love having neat squad clean our home every 2 weeks. With 3 kids and both my wife and I working it can get a little difficult keeping my house clean. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but them to be in my home while we’re at work and my kids in school/daycare. We always look forward to coming to a clean home that not only looks clean but smells clean as well.

It was easy to set things up with good info from beginning. We set a date and they were there on time and got all the work done well and efficiently within the time estimated. Very courteous and professional people. I will use them again.

David and Susan are consummate professionals and left my rental unit absolutely spotless! I have moved to another home in the area and as soon as I get my boxes put away I will be calling to set up regular service!

It went excellently. If you need someone to clean your house in the Triangle area, I recommend The Neat Squad above all others. I tried a bunch of other cleaners and they were far more expensive and did a much shoddier job. I am a very particular person and David's team has always met or exceeded my expectations. I now have them come once a month because they do such a good and reliable job.
