I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with the quality of service received that I had to leave a comment. I thought my only issue was that my garage door didn't close all the way. The technician quickly determined that my door was opening a foot shorter than expected. Both issues were resolved in a matter of minutes.

They didn't try to up-sell us. They told us what our options were. They made sure our installation was up to code. They cleaned up after themselves. Showed up on time. Sherwood Bailey was attentive in giving estimates and following up with those estimates, without bothering us about it.

Went so so; Took a long time to do it and then forgot the new keypad installation.

We currently have not done the work. But are in the process of doing so. We are just waiting to schedule the work. He is very helpful and not pushy. He was a pleasure with to do business with and I am looking forward to working with him.

They were here within 30 minutes of my call. Fixed it within an hour! Very helpful and great price. Will absolutely use them to replace the door when we remodel. HIGHLY recommend!

This is the first time we have recommended anyone. Our garage door has always made a lot of noise but we lived with it. However, this week, it took several times to close the door as it kept opening. We checked the safety light and it was fine. However, the chain had become very loose. We had the Garage Door, LLC, man come out. It was a $75 service call but he checked everything and fixed the chain and the problem. He also did a tune-up and found that that safety light beam at the bottom was not lit anymore the way it should be and the bearings on the motor were starting to go. However, he said as long as they were working not to replace them! Apparently, when the motor goes, the whole unit needs to be replaced but that would only be $300. He also said the attachment to the garage door was put in wrong giving us so much noise, and drilled a new hole and changed it. The garage door is now much quieter and opening and closing perfectly. Our total bill was just the service charge of $75! Anyway, it's Garage Door, LLC, and I found it on Angie's List where it was A rated. Work was done in a very professional manner. Very knowledgeable about the quality of the door and workmanship of the original installer. Very responsive to my schedule and punctual.

It went well. They were fast, reliable, and they came quickly. It was very good and the work that they did has held up well. We are very happy. He came the same day when I couldn't get out of my garage. He cleaned up after himself and he gave me a card, and told me if I have any problems I will call him night or day. All in all, it was an excellent experience. I don't go out and buy garage doors often but once they were installed, I never looked up any prices. In case he did charge me too much, I did not want to get mad because I was happy. It was repaired when I needed it. Overall, I felt that it was very good.

Door is great, torsion spring was wrong. It just snapped on us less than two years after installation. New company we chose to do repair confirmed spring was too small.

My initial contact with Sherwood(the owner) was excellent. I explained that a spring had broken on my garage door and he gave me a price, $295, for replacement. He then asked if this was an emergency, because he could make it to my house around 7pm. I said no, it was not, and the next available slot was fine. We agreed on 10am the next day. I took some pics of the door and springs, so that he had an idea of what springs he would need, and emailed them to him. 10am(actually about 9:50) he was in my driveway and by 11am we were settling up and talking about numerous topics. Sherwood is very personable.

My experience with them was great. I just called the gentleman that owned the company. I told him what I needed. He gave me a lot of different options. He sent me information and told me what websites schedules we could look at different stores. When we agreed on a door and a price, he came out the very next day and looked at my garage door. Then, he came out on our scheduled appointment.
