Sherwood was very professional and was great to work with. Explained everything to me and showed me howto fix somethings my self if need be. He did extras which I was unaware that needed to be done. I will be using this company from now on.

Owner revised his schedule to quickly visit my home and make an estimate. Next day technician arrived as scheduled, installed the new opener, and gave a full demonstration of the features of the new opener. From start to finish, a pleasant exchange.

Second time I had used him. He arrived on time, work was done promptly works well. He ended up replacing both springs so both were new.

Was given price over the phone and set a time/date. Technician showed up on time and completed work efficiently. Invoice was mailed to us after service was completed.

We had a good experience with them. When we got ready to sell the house, we had to get them to come back out because the sensor was too high. They said by the guidelines they had, the sensor was in the right place, but he said he could put another in and he did that free of charge. When he put the original one in, I came in and when I drove in, the garage door hit the back of my car. He said he couldn't move it because it was legally in the place it was supposed to be, but he would put in a second one a little higher so it would not hit my car. He was very nice to deal with. He went over and beyond what we expected him to do. He corrected it and it didn't do it anymore. We sold the house and the inspector approved it. He did it all in a timely manner. We didn't have any problems whatsoever. We were very pleased in every aspect. He added another sensor free of charge and he didn't have to do it.

Great. And when I asked about the yellowing window frames on the door, he looked up the price for replacing them, and discussed all my options. This was a special for maintenance.

Great! Mr. Bailey came out the next day to take a look and gave me a quote for the type of door we were looking for. He gave me options for upgrades to the door itself, all at a very reasonable price. He gave me information on a new garage door opener for future reference but at no point tried to pressure me into replacing our current one. I appreciated his attitude of "If it isn't broke, don't fix it". Within a few days of deciding to go with his company, we had a new door that really looks fantastic. And at a very reasonable price.

Our door had completely buckled during the ice storm.....It would not open or close. Garage DoorLLC came out promptly with an estimate and within a week, we had a new beautiful door! The door is high quality and the installation was done professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

My first phone call I was provided several recommendations, a website for selecting new doors, and date for onsite quote. Sherwood showed up on time, was very professional and also called me while on his way. On the installation day, I left for work, came home and the new doors were installed. They did a good cleanup and hauled off the old doors and hardware. I would highly recommend.

Very, very well!. I called Garage Door LLC on 10/10/16 Mr. Bailey answered, he asked if it was an emergency and I said no. Then he asked if the next day would be convenient to come by and fix it. He arrived on time , gave us a call to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he told us that it was fixable and told us what he needed to do and an approximant cost . He was quick, efficient and very courteous. His price was more than fair! He is very honest as he could have told us that we needed a new door and I would not have know better. He did good work fixed some things that the original installers had skimmed on and got the door up and running and looking good. When we have to eventually replace the door we will defiantly call his company!

We wanted new garage doors to be better insulated and have windows in them. Garage Door LLC has advised us on best options (they have great selection of doors!) and installed new doors. They are quiet, and work very well. We had issues with the remote controls, and they came back and replaced all motors and receivers! Great service.

Then, I received an email to select a time and date sooner than I originally requested. The service technician arrived on time and gave me an assessment of the service needed. I officially have a new garage door service provider! As I was trying to leave for work on a Thursday morning I discovered that my garage door spring had failed and the door would no longer open. After going through the hassle of opening and closing the door manually, dropping off the kids, and getting to work I called a provider I had used in the past and was told a spring replacement/conversion would cost approximately $350 and they could work me into the schedule "sometime next week". I couldn't get an exact time because he was "on the truck" and I'd have to call back. So, I hit Angie's List and found Garage Door, LLC. I called and the owner answered personally. After a brief conversation he was able to ascertain what was needed, quoted me a price significantly lower then the other company, and we agreed to a service time of 11AM (only 90 min after our phone conversation). His technician arrived exactly on time with everything needed to complete the job and, 45 minutes later, was pulling back out of the driveway. Not only did he replace the spring, he also took the time to inspect and lube BOTH garage doors and tracks, not just the one he was working on. Excellent provider and highly recommended. Garage Door LLC will certainly be my first call in the future.

Sherwood, sales rep was GREAT. installers were wonder good too. I now have lots of light in my garage.

The company founder came out and talked to me initially. He was very knowledgeable and presented me all the options available. He did some minor repairs on the door to last me until the service call, free of charge. The actual replacement happened a week later and was done professionally by the technicians. Overall was a very pleasant experience.

Mr. Bailey responded to my call the same day. He made a repair so that my door would open properly. I inquired about a whole new door (which he could easily have sold me), but he suggested some decorative trim instead. He came back two days later to install that. He also fixed my flag which had become tangled! This vendor was professional, friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
