Description of Work: Removed a 7'x9' garage door and installed a new garage door. The old door was removed from the property. The installers called on the day of service to confirm I was home and ready for them, in fact they were ahead of the scheduled time. The time from calling for an estimate to completion of the work was just a week. The owner come to the property to look the job requirement and reviewed with me all aspects of the work to be performed. The owner and work staff were professional through the whole process.

Description of Work: They replaced my Garage door opener. They did a good job and they were very professional. There was problem that came up after the installation but they were prompt about coming back and they resolved the problem on the first attempt. | |At the end there was some price creep that I will describe as an annoyance.

Description of Work: My garage door opener mechanism ceased to work. You know what a pain that is. A service call was arranged. It was 95 degrees on the day the owner arrived, and my garage, like many, is not air-conditioned. I felt sorry for him due to the heat, but he worked non-stop until the parts were replaced and operating perfectly. It was so much quieter as well. After demonstrating the new electronic opener, he asked me to try it before he left. Of course, using a garage door touch pad is not rocket science, but I think that was smart customer service. I would recommend him without hesitation. | |
