Fantastic job installing a tile backsplash in our kitchen! Highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

We had a gym floor installed and it looks amazing! The floor was a special order so it took a bit to get in, but they stayed in contact with us through the entire project. Even did some clean up from the hard rubber that caused some scuffing on the walls and made everything look good as new! Great customer service and great pricing and I would 10 of 10 recommend Raleigh Floor Coverings Int. for any flooring needs.

Dan and Denise provided a stellar performance in providing us both the products and service that we were looking for! They took their time to educate us on the many different types/styles of flooring so that we could make the best decision possible. Before I share my thoughts on this company I want to let everyone know reading this review how tough a customer I can be. I have very, very high standards; any vendor I select must align with my expectation. I always get multiple quotes for projects such as this and require the best price for the highest quality. With that said, I can highly recommend Tammy Bliss (franchise owner) of Floor Coverings International of Raleigh. We had a multi-phased project to rehab a townhouse my daughter was moving into, basically replacing all the existing flooring (see above details). Tammy not only provided the best overall quote for the entire project (carpeting and hardwoods) she was more than willing to allowed me to perform some of the work myself so we could stay within our budget. Some of the other vendors I spoke with were not open to that idea; they had an all or nothing attitude. Her vendors? worked within our schedule and meet every committed date with the highest quality of craftsmanship. The competed project has far exceeded my wife, daughter and my expectations, not an easy task. Tammy was very professional and always responsive whether through phone calls, text or email. She answered any and all questions with timely responses. I can?t thank Tammy enough for working with our family; she helped make a very difficult situation we were dealing with much easier. I look forward to working with her again in the near future when we start a new project in my home.
