Everyone at R&S Mechanical is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Sandy, owner is great, very experienced and knowledgeable in this work and he trains his technicians well. I had a much larger company service my home and office in the past and that was like playing Russian rullet, you never know if you going to get experienced or clueless technician. With R&S Mechanical, everyone is top-notch. Owner, staff in the office and technicians know me personally, they treat me like a friend and they remember all details about my house between visits. I could not be more impressed with their customer service and technical skills. I have complete trust in their work and they monitor my HVAC to stretch it's life as long as possible before I need to replace it (it's 15 years old). Their price point is very competitive. Also, they take time to educate a client, to explain what are they doing and why. For years I suffered with incompetent HVAC companies and I am so happy to have R&S Mechanical on my side now.

I was having issues with the HVAC unit at a rental property I owned. I setup a time for RS Mechanical to have a tech look at the unit. It was at this point RS Mechanical informed me there would be an $89 charge for diagnostics, they took my CC info. I let them no once the tech determines the issue they needed to call me to authorize any work and charges outside of the $89. The tech ended calling 30 minutes after the appointment window saying my tenant left, I let them know as he was late and outside the appointment window my tenant had to live to get to work. They agreed to call her and reschedule directly with her. The tech showed up this past Tuesday and according to Mike at the RS Mechanical office, the tech was there from 8:15am to roughly 9:45am. The tech called me after he left explaining the problem. He said that there was a bad sensor. The AC unit was shutting off too soon. The tech said he moved the sensor farther down the coil as a temporary fix, he them informed me that they would call me back later that day with a quote to replace the sensor and also give me a quote on a brand new unit as the unit was quite old. At this point, he didn't mention there would be a charge for "moving the sensor", nor did I authorize him or RS Mechanical to do any more work. I didn't hear back from them that day. I followed up later Wednesday morning to see what a quote would be. They quoted me to put in a brand new unit or to replace the sensor. It was at this time that they informed me I currently owed $180. I asked how, they said it was for diagnostics and labor. I said I didn't authorize any labor. RS Mechanical said the tech called me to explain what he was going to do. The tech did call me, but not till after he did the work. After telling them repeatedly that I didn't authorize the work, and them being extremely rude, I told them to send me a detailed invoice for only the diagnostic charge and that I wouldn't be doing any further business with them. They have since charged m credit card for the unauthorized labor.

The repairs that he made were done in a very timely manner and he did it on short notice and worked very late in evening to get A/C back running again. The A/C is still working very well.

They are fabulous. They are on time, courteous, and I cannot say enough good things about them! They know exactly what they are doing and the owner only uses well-trained individuals as employees. They also offer financing and discount programs for individuals.

They came out on a Sunday to put in the system. I had no problems with them; they put new Freon in when they first came out. They guy who came out gave us his personal cell phone number in case there were any problems. They were on time for our appointment and were professional.

I can't say enough good things about them. Their communication is excellent. All of their technicians are highly qualified and he onyl hires the best. I followed all his instructions and everything works great. He wanted me to get myservice done before the hot weather came. He called me and told me that he wants to get me servcied before the heat hits our area. They never charge ovetime prices or anything like that. They are very nice and cheerful. I also had a unit that they put in last year.

Overall, the experience was good. I thought they were a little expensive, but well worth it. They did a very professional job, and were willing to discuss the work before they completed it. I was pleased with their services!

The experience was fine overall. The technicians were very courteous; we had some problems after the unit was installed, and they came right over to fix the problem. It took them longer than expected, but we did have the problem resolved.

It was great, Chris, was nice and service was fast. They were very honest and thats why I chose them.

Their technician came to my home on a Saturday morning, and he was very nice. R & S Mechanical is very professional, and the price they quoted was more than reasonable. I look forward to working with them in the future.
