Jeff did great job! He was easy to contact and quick to get out on the property. He was extremely patient with my many questions. He gave me some great advice and recommendations. He took the time to understand why I was so worried about the house foundation while helping to set my expectations as to what I was going to be dealing with in the coming months/years. Couldn't recommend him more highly!

Very impressed with Jeff. He inspected 2 houses for us, and caught an issue leading to the discovery that the entire upstairs was wired to one 30 amp breaker. This issue was missed by multiple other home inspectors. Potentially saved us thousands. Very clear and concise when explaining his findings, and takes time to explain anything that is not completely understood. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend.

Absolutely, would recommend! Punctual, yuck turn around, professional, and did a great inspection. Very detail oriented and very knowledgeable. Made requesting repairs before closing very simple. He explained the results of the inspection clearly and was very patient with ALL of my questions, I ask a lot of questions, after the inspection and after he sent over the very clear, detailed, pictures enforced report. My realtor recommended a different guy who was more expensive for what I could tell no true added value. I feel that this home inspector was my money well spent.

In his report, his pictures were very well lit so I could see exactly what he saw and what was the issue. If I ever need his services again, he is at top of the list.
