Jeff is one of a kind. He saved us from spending thousands and thousands of dollars on a home with too many problems. Since he is a licensed General Contractor, he sees the home with an understanding of infrastructure, and he sees how it all should go together. Therefore, he has a sense of the unseen but has the integrity to stick to the facts, and not offer opinions or advice. I was able to read the report and make my own decision. We decided to walk away from this purchase based on his repairs/replacement recommendations evidenced with corresponding pictures. The deterioration issues resulting from both neglect and water leaks were well-documented. Highly recommend to anyone considering any type of inspection. Jeff is patient, thorough, and honest, and also just a really good guy. Costs were fair and consistent with others.
