The inspection was a wonderful experience. The inspector did not talk down to me about what they found at the initial walk through. He was honest and straightforward. I would recommend his service again and again.

Incredible. I was debating whether or not I should get a home inspection and I m sure glad I did. Jeff was very thorough and pointed out things that I didn t even know was an issue (most likely a result of his experience as a home builder). He arrived on time and conducted his inspection in a timely manner. Once he finished he sat down with me showed me the pictures he took of the house so I could see where the potential concerns are. Then we walked around the house and looked at the items and he told me how they should be fixed. Once the inspection was complete he provided me with a full extensive report listing everything we discussed. If you want a detailed and informative inspection definitely give Jeff a call!

Overall Jeff was extremely knowledgeable. We hired him because he is a General Contracter with extensive construction experience. We were disappointed when he refused to offer cost estimates for the needed repairs he discovered from the inspection he conducted. He also overcharged us by $10 which he promptly refunded once I mentioned it.

We hired Jeff to handle the inspections on our new home under construction. Since we were living up north at the time and not able to be on site it was important to know that the work was being done properly. He did a pre-drywall inspection and then the final just before we moved in. Most recently he was here to do a one year follow-up. We couldn't be more satisfied with his work. The reports he prepares are complete and easy to understand. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable on the construction process Several major issues were uncovered that could have caused serious problems down the road. We highly recommend his services.
