Jeff Theys did an excellent job of inspecting our home prior to our 11 month warranty service request. He identified issues of concern that we didn't have the expertise to find ourselves. His report is very clear and photos with arrows illustrate the items that need to be repaired. He answered my questions in a way that I could understand and said we could call him with further questions after we read the report. I highly recommend Mr. Jeff Theys!

The report from Jeff was extremely thorough and easy to understand. My inspection was used to identify the problems with my house by someone who is impartial about the repairs needed. Jeff also provided some suggestions on how to prioritize the work needed. By including a recommendation of the type of repairman (eg licensed plumber, licensed electrician etc) and including photos, I will be able to provide a thorough list to whoever I hire. Great job!

I am a realtor, so I have been present at many home inspections. I am purchasing a property outside of my area and did not know anyone. I found Jeff on Angie's List. We'd never bought a home before so we had a lot of questions and weren't sure how getting the home inspection worked. Jeff helped us every inch of the way.
