Daniel, Derrick, and Dominic did absolutely amazing work on my home, were prompt, explained everything more than sufficiently and respectful. A five star rating to them and Tarheel basement systems as a whole! Seamless project from start to finish and worked within my budget when other local vendors wouldn’t. Highly recommend!

Randy and Zach did a great job lifting and sealing my carport. They were very knowledgable about what I neede to have done, and even offered advice on an area I thought was ok but was actually in need of lifting. would recommend their service to everyone!

No one likes having to hire someone for foundation work on their home, however the team at Tar Heel Basement Systems absolutely knocked it out of the park for us. Megan gave us our initial quote and was extremely transparent and helpful in explaining how everything works. There was no pressure at all in the sales process and she went above and beyond in answering our questions. We ended up signing on for some foundation work and concrete lifting and couldn't be more pleased! Josiah, Chris & Grace came out on day one and absolutely crushed the foundation work that was performed. Again, took the time to walk me through the process, gave me some great tips on how to concur my water issues and even took a few minutes meet my dog! They finished the project in record time and you literally couldn't even tell they were here. I worked form home the whole time and everything was business as normal. On day two Randall & Zach came out to lift our driveway and porch, again we were beyond impressed. Not only did they do a great job but we were able to talk through the full scope of the project and I decided to add on services on the spot. This was not a result of high pressure sales, but because of the trust I've felt from every interaction I've had with this company. Every person I spoke with at Tar Heel really knows their stuff and it is obvious they are not reading from a script. Initially I only wanted to do the bare minimum work because let's face it, home repairs are expensive, but Randel taking the time to really explain some of the best practices for water proofing really sealed the deal for me to do whats best rather than just the minimum. 10/10 I'd recommend Tar Heel Basement Systems to anyone who would listen to me talk - they're great.
