Tim Snell arrived as scheduled to evaluate diseased tree and gave estimate. Returned about a week later and removed all trees as agreed to. Tim is professional arborist and was very helpful in offering suggestions for solving tree problems but did not push for decision.

Tim and his team were exceptional. They assessed the situation and stated that, due to the complexity, they could not give a fixed price. I agreed to their hourly rate because they came well recommended and seemed trust-worthy. The job took about 5 hours and was completed over two days. Tim kept me apprised of his arrival time, the progress made and other details of the job. They did a great job of cleaning up and making the area look as good as possible. He gave me a great deal of information about the tree and the proper care. Showed me how I should not have mulch piled up around the tree trunk. Discussed trimming the tree and I will have him back to do so at the proper time for trimming.

Tom and his 2 man crew had all the right tools and experience to restore balance and dimension to each tree, then cleaned up three truck loads of branches and debris to complete a fine job.

Tim is very price conscious and gives accurate quotes with honest variables. I used to always make sure that I was on site to supervise the work. I was unable to be there on this instance but was happy that Tim could get to the job right away and trust him completely to do the job correctly. After I called him, he told me when he could go buy to give me a quote. I was unable to meet him, so I described the situation. He had been to the property before to remove branches from over the house. He called me to discuss the quote after emailing it to me. He told me when he could do the job. He want and did the job described above. Tim is always punctual and professional and so are his crew. You will not regret hiring Tim.

I would just be repeating myself so I will just say, if you have problems with your trees, if they are not looking quite right, if you have a lot of dead limbs just waiting for one of those famous Carolina wind storms to come through and perhaps damage other property by their falling on it do not wait for your home or vehicles or outbuildings to be damaged. Be proactive and get the best by calling Snell Tree Service, LLC to trim those limbs or take out a dead or dying tree. He will treat you fairly.

Estimate provided, contract signed, work performed as expected. Work was performed with high regard for safety for workers and homeowner. Crew, arrived on time, work completed same day and job site cleaned up as indicated on the contract. Very pleased!

Tim was on time. A little expensive for his time and advice. Not sure, I probably could have gotten the same information on the internet. Tree died anyway.

Mr Snell was called originally to assess the health of the trees on our property. He is a certified arborist. He came promptly when promised and told us what was happening with our trees and which ones could be saved and which ones should come down. He checked the rest of the trees I had marked for trimming etc and gave us an estimate. The estimate was a fair one so we told him to schedule us. He scheduled the appt. less then two weeks after the initial visit. He and his crew arrived promptly and began work. They had all the up to date equipment needed for the job. Trees were cut down, trees were trimmed of deadwood, stumps were ground to 6 inches below surface and all debris was cleaned up from the property. This company is exceptional in its service and in the employees it hires. They worked quickly and did an outstanding job. We will have more work for them in the future and they will definately be the ones that we call. Thank you Tim Snell and the two young men who worked with you on our project. Awesome.

This was the second time I have used their services and continue to be impressed. They are very professional, prompt, safe, and respectful of our property. Mr. Snell maintains communication before, during and after completion of their work. There is no confusion on when, where or what tasks need to be accomplished. Due to location, surrounding landscaping, and fencing the two large trees in the back yard were removed without heavy equipment. Skill and professionalism enabled the tress to be removed without injury to anyone or the surrounding turf and landscaping!I am sincerely pleased and impressed with the condition of the job site. The trees were removed and you have to look hard at the surrounding area to determine a significant job was completed (other than the missing trees). They were very cautious and did not disturb the surrounding turf, trees, shrubbery, lawn irrigation, or fencing.Well Done!

Tim Snell and his crew arrived promptly and worked all day taking down trees and mulching them up. They made sure every thing was clean and tidy before they left. I plan on using them again for future work.

They are the most knowledgeable people I had come out. They were very courteous with regards to accessing and cleaning up the property. They were especially good with getting my neighbors permission to use their driveway. They did everything exactly as described. Their price was good when compared to others.
