Snell Tree Experts is very friendly, professional, and efficient. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to use them for my tree and root work.

Snell did a good job with everything. Very professional and well-trained crew. Very safety conscious. Cleaned up everything before they left.

The professionalism was exceeded my expectations. The removal of the trees did not interrupt my schedule. The crew was extremely aware of the potential dangers involved with Trees so close to the house but they took their time to do things correctly. Most impressive was the safety meeting the crew has prior to beginning work. This was outstanding. The communication was clear and concise in all phases. The owner takes pride in his work and the reputation he leaves behind. He went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction even though I had no issues with the work, clean up or communication during the process.

They arrived around 9:30am, and were finished by 1:30pm. The work was professionally done, the trees trimmed and pruned exactly as we wanted, and they cleaned up everything. We are very satisfied and we would hire them again without hesitation.

Tim Snell and the crew were excellent. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The crew was at my house for almost 2 weeks. They had to bring some large equipment in, but they managed to do so without causing issues (like ruts) in my yard. From start to finish, we were impressed. We considered this to be a large job, but they handled everything, including stump grinding and hauling off the chips.

Tim called me back immediately, even though their voicemail says they are so busy they are booked 3 weeks out. He explained to me exactly how to go about getting a proper evaluation for the lost tree and who I would need to contact to have it done. Huge help!! I would not have known where to start without his help. Truly a professional, he explained how to go about approaching the conversation with the other contractor and what a reasonable expectation might be for an outcome. I will definitely be calling Snell, again.

Snell Tree Experts came to our property and was able to remove it the same day. They did a great job. We have hired them a few times and have been nothing but pleased with their work.

Tim is full of information and a very friendly gentleman but long-winded. He explained the process and decided the trees needed to be pruned using the 4 D's (remove damaged, diseased, dead, and deranged branches). My husband watched the team as they worked on the trees (they had to climb the trees as we have a small backyard where large equipment couldn't be used). They took great care to protect the plants underneath. However, my husband, felt it was too much money for what they did and that Mr. Snell did a lot of talking. All being said, this spring our trees look beautiful and healthy.

We signed a contract to have Snell provide the service as he came highly recommended by other people we knew. We were asked to schedule an appointment a few months later in the fall. When I called I waited a week and didn't get a call back so I phoned again. Mr. Snell was very apologetic and we scheduled an appointment. The team showed up on time with two trucks but couldn't get near the trees with equipment due to the location of the trees. Therefore, they had to climb the trees to trim them. They were very careful with all of our plants but my husband sat and watched the entire time. He felt like there was a lot of wasted time and that it was too expensive for what they did.

It went very well Tim Snell went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

I also referred him to my neighbor who needed to 80' trees removed in his yard as well on our property line. Tim and his crew did an outstanding job. Sometimes he gets so busy that you have to wait some but he always calls back and does the job.

The Snell Tree guys are amazing!! They expertly cut down an 80 foot tall pine tree in our front yard last week. This tree was huge with lots of large, heavy branches and stood within 25 feet of 2 houses, telephone lines, parked vehicles and passing traffic in a tight, downtown neighborhood. They had complete control over where every branch and log fell - never even broke a single branch on the shrubs directly below this tree!! Their clean up was so thorough, the only evidence of their having been here was that the tree was gone, and there were a few bits of sawdust on the bushes below until the next breeze came and blew those away! We would definitely use them again and can highly recommend Snell for any tree work. Thank you, Snell Tree Experts!!

Tim and his team did an excellent job and made the cuts exactly the way I had asked. Tim took highly detailed notes of what I was asking for and he provided expert advice to ensure the trees would be safe for years to come. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would. Every move was done thoughtfully and carefully without anyone getting hurt or any of the surrounding property being damaged. We are very pleased and will use them for all our tree work in the future.

Arrived to give an estimate on time. Estimate was several $100's of dollars less than others. Arrived promptly on the day agreed to with several crew members. They proceeded to remove trees, grind the stumps and remove all debris. All in all a great experience.

They arrived at the time I was told....checked to see that we still agreed on which trees that would come down...They are friendly and professional. They dress like pros...with safety/ climbing and extremely nice company clothing. They arrived with all the equipment needed for the job. I was amazed at the equipment they used to get the downed trees... to the chipper... with out a mark being made on our newly sodded yard! We decided that we needed another tree removed that was not on our list....all it took was a phone call to have it added and they took it down...with no hesitation. We got coffee and sat on the sun porch and was entertained with all the climbing and swinging from trees! These men are acrobats! The cleaning up was just as amazing! There was not one twig left on my yard...or leaf for that matter...they made sure no trash was left on the grounds.... theirs or anyone else's...we are in a new development...construction trash had blown into the wet lands...they got it out!. They even took a blower and blew any leaves off our sod into the wet lands. My husband has been in the construction business for 40 years and he was very impressed with all the safety measures they used...to keep themselves safe, us and the property. What I noticed was the respect they showed each other...nothing but professional sounding voices and interaction. They were a well greased team. I usually can't wait for workers to leave...but not these guys....it was a very pleasant four hours. They said it would take four hours...and so it was!

They care about what they were doing. They cared about where the tree was going to be placed or chopped up or where we wanted it when they were done. They were insured. Actually when I called them, they even put on their answering machine that they weren’t taking any new clients until a certain date, because they were so busy. To us being a former small business owner, I appreciated the honesty for saying that we don’t call until whatever date. That’s exactly what we did and then they were completely available. We like their honesty right after that. They were very black and white. That’s what we like. We were very impressed with them. We thought they were a little bit expensive but we were out in the middle of nowhere. It was worth it. They were on time. They were here when they said. They didn’t waste their time.

Very good experience. Tim Snell and his crew used a bucket truck to remove the tree in sections. They took good care of my property. They had to drive the large truck across the lawn to reach the tree, and to prevent ruts in the lawn they laid down mats along the truck's path. Safety was a priority. Everyone wore hardhats and other protective gear. All the pieces of the tree were ground up and removed. Then the cleanup afterward was thorough. Even the smallest branches were picked up off the lawn, and the driveway was cleared with a leafblower. The quality of work, attention to safety, and respect for my property were excellent. Would definitely hire them again.

Tim Snell is a certified arborist so I feel confident asking him for his personable opinion. I wanted to get more light to particular areas of the lawn and he helped configure that. They suggested I remove damaged trees and the trim branches of healthy trees to enable more sunlight to come through. He is a very direct, business-like person, but he is still a gentleman. The crew is very professional. They are very considerate of my lawn. I recommend them!

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job taking out a tree from my front yard. They were very professional, safe and neat. They worked quickly and left the yard very tidy when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

To my surprise, He and 2 workers arrived 3 days later and did the whole job - cleaning up to perfection. They brought a tree limb shredding machine and truck to haul away the debris. They cut and dug down into the leftover trunks below ground level and filled in the top holes so my grass would grow back over the 3 spaces perfectly. Not a single stick or stone was left behind. The job was PERFECT and the men could not have been nicer or more courteous. I would recommend SNELL TREE EXPERTS, LLC to anyone needing this type of work from an HONEST company. I might add that Mr. Snell stayed and supervised the ENTIRE PROJECT. My only regret is that it took me too long to write this review. (Especially since he showed up much faster than promised - HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN THESE DAYS? - and explained they had a break in their schedule and wanted to take care of me sooner than he had expected he could do the job).

They were prompt, efficient, professional and accurate in their estimate. I was very pleased with their service.

Tim was very responsive in all his work. He arrived on time for the initial job assessment and provided a written cost estimate. Following further discussion with him concerning the pruning and the time of year (Late fall) we agreed to divide the work into two segment's - tree removal immediately with pruning to be delayed until early spring. Tim called to confirm the first date and he and his crew arrived on time for the tree removal. His procedure quickly and safely removed both trees - one tree was within 1 foot of the property line and 4 feet from the neighbor's driveway. Although we moved the neighbor's cars for safety, none of the limbs or tree sections came down on the neighbors property. He repeated the confirmation call for the second segment of work followed by his timely arrival. His pruning and removal of the limbs was again done in a timely professional manner. Following both activities Tim and his crew cleaned and collected all the limbs and residue sawdust prior to departure. Tim and his crew members were always polite and professional in their activity. He uses his knowledge as an Arborist to guide his work and provide a quality job that helps to prolong the life of the trees.

Snell Tree Experts cut down 14 trees along one side of my driveway and grind down three stumps to below ground level. All these trees were close to my house with several 80 to 100 feet high. The entire job took 2.5 days. The work done by Mr. Snell and his crew was very meticulous and they exercised great care at all times to protect my house, driveway, and landscaping. The work performed was exactly what we agreed on in the initial estimate and contract. Upon completion of the work the crew cleaned up all sawdust and all other debris. I have used them in the past before this job and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Snell Tree Experts are one of the very few businesses/companies I would personally award an elite 5 star status! They are the absolute best for tree service!
