Overall a great experience. After numerous other contractors (read: headaches) fell through Tim Kiessling maintained communication over a period of almost 2 months in preparation for the job and made multiple visits to offer different quotes due to changes in scope. He also set up communication with a direct supplier since the circumstances required special attention. When the time came the work was done as advertised and in a timely manner. I was very happy with the outcome. Would absolutely recommend.

When I called Tim for the quote he was there that day, looked at the job and gave me the estimate. When the other contractors were finished Tim showed up, put up the drywall so quickly I could not believe it he was in and out of there. We had to wait on another contractor with the fireplace install & mantel install before the texture could be applied as soon as they completed their jobs Tim was back and once again I was amazed at how fast he could create such a beautiful fireplace. He cleaned up everything when finished and followed up to make sure I was pleased with it. I highly recommend Tim, he is very skilled at what he does in making beautiful walls and etc that are different than the normal smooth look, which he does very well also after seeing some of his other work. Tim listens when you want to do something different, some of the others I talked to did not. He has repaired walls for me and those jobs were good also, completed quickly, cleaned up well and very fair pricing. I will definitely call Tim again when needed.

The repair went extremely well. I was having my roof replaced, including some bad roof decking, when one of the roofers slipped while standing on a rafter and stepped through my sheetrocked ceiling, punching a hole in it. My roofer asked if I had a repairman I wanted to use, but I did not. He called his sheetrock repairman, left a message, and told me that I would be getting a call from Tim. I received a call from Tim about 30 minutes later. We set up a time that day for him to look at the damage and assess it. He arrived promptly, looked at the damage, told me what he would do, and scheduled a time to come back the next day. The following day he arrived on time, put down a protective tarp, cut out the damaged sheetrock and squarred the odd-shaped hole so that it aligned with the rafters. A new piece of sheetrock was then installed, the joints taped and patched with quick-drying joint compound, and the joint compound smoothed out. The next morning he returned to finish. He touched up the repair and painted the entire ceiling. When I looked at it, I could not see the patch. I do not know the cost because it was paid by my roofer. I do know my roofer and assume that if Tim was overpriced, he would not have been used. I would highly recommend Tim and would not hesitate to use him agian.

Did a woderful job. Completed the work in 1 day. My hall ceiling has never looked this good. He also fixed another ceiling area that needed so work performed on it. I will use this company in the future for all sheet rock repairs. Have already recommended this company to my friends for their needs.

*I wrote N/A for price because we did not get another quote, and so I have nothing to compare it to. *Tim gets a "B" for punctuality because he is not a good time-of-arrival estimator, which he was up front about. I was totally fine with him giving me a few hour window since he was only doing a small job for me, and I am always home. I'd guess he can be more punctual if need be (like if you don't work from home and need to make arrangements ahead of time). We really liked Tim. The man is super nice, easy to communicate with, and works efficiently. I don't believe that there are many people who know much about the old plaster (our walls are 1920s lath and plaster and we are fiercely protective of them), but Tim is well aware of there peculiarities and history. Tim did our job over the course of a few days and there is a day and night difference. First he painted the walls (Killz, maybe?) so that he could scrape the peeling and chipping bits. He also hung the laminate (a dry wall type sheet) over the beyond-what-I-wanted-to-deal-with ceiling. Then he skimmed the walls and finished out the ceiling. The entire process was very clean (no dust) and mostly quiet (only a few minutes here and there of power tools).

We live in a home built and added onto by a bricklayer/stone mason in the 1950's. One small room and half bath were added on from an existing cinderblock utility room in the 60's. We wanted to update the rooms and turn them into a functional guest room/guest bath so my untrained husband started a plastering job on the rooms. As plastering is an art, and my husband is not a trained plaster artist, he was unable to get the nice finish we were looking to have in our guest room/bath. I found Tim through my general contractor, Scott Frey with Frey's Buliding and Remodeling. Tim quoted the job on a Friday and returned the following Monday to start the project. Within four days our walls were perfectly smooth and beautiful! Exceeded our expectations! Thanks again, Tim!

Tim was very responsive and returned my initial phone call in less than 24 hours. He came to expect the work to be done, gave me an estimate in less than 36 hours. We settled on an price and start date. Tim and his crew were on time and completed the job in the timeframe he had stated. Tim and his team were very courteous and respectful of my house.

I had extensive water damage to the ceiling and 1 wall in my formal dining room. After getting a few estimates, I chose Prestigiuos Plastering and Drywall to make the repairs. Mr. Kiesslings proposal was very detailed and competitive. To help me stay in budget, we decided to repair the ceiling with drywall. As the work began, Tim kept me informed every step of the way. He kept the work area very clean and finished the job within the time frame promised. I was so pleased with the way everything turned out. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
