He was very conscientious about keeping my home clean and he completed the job and cleaned up very meticulously. He showed up when he said he would and wasted no time getting the job done. I highly recommend him to any homeowner who needs minor or major carpentry work done.
Description of Work: Richard framed out and installed a door on the landing of the stairwell between our main and basement levels. His price included his purchase of the materials as well as his labor.

He fixes everything the right way and can do just about any kind of job. He is very affordable and we can always count on him to do any type of home repair. He is meticulous and knowledgeable. He has become our handyman for any types of repairs. Richard pays good attention to details and we can count on him to deliver quality work at reasonable price. I highly recommend him to anyone. We have always recommend him to our co-workers too.
Description of Work: Richard did installation of rails to second floor, woodwork, painting, installation of shower door, Fix our roof, painting, Did all the repair as per inspection list from the inspectors. He installed hardwood floor for us.

The front of our house looks great with the new shutters and new lamps. We showed him some other work we needed done. We will definitely use him again.

I had sent a picture of the garage seal that was a problem and he brought the replacement seal that was needed. He installed it efficiently and we are pleased with the quality of his work. He also installed knobs we had purchased for the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Again he worked quickly and handled the issue with screws that came with the knobs being too short for the drawers. Excellent work and we will certainly call King's Home Improvement for our home improvement projects.

+ 0 moreKing's Home Improvement is very responsive, diversified and professional. As usual, the last job performed in my home was a positive experience.
Description of Work: King's Home Improvement came through again, adding window repair and lock repair/installation to the handyman services provided to me in the past. This time I had two malfunctioning large atrium windows in my den. I called several window businesses that told me they did only whole house window installation, but not repairs. Richard King came over and with his in depth knowledge of windows, which I had not previously known about, fixed both of them in a matter of minutes and I haven't had any more problems. He was also able to quickly repair an outside door lock and install a new lock on another door. I will continue to used this company because of the variety of services offered and the quality of the work itself.

+ 0 moreI had a coupon for two hours of work for $100. They were good; they did everything I asked them to do. They were all right. I had to wait for them for two hours. They didn't even call and I had to call them. I had to wait another two hours for them to come. I would have paid $150 for them just to change the vinyl.
Description of Work: I used King's Home Improvement. They did handyman work for me. They replaced the vinyl siding, cleared the gutter, installed the hydraulic in the screen door, painted the front and back doors, and caulked the sidewall of the stairs.
