Talk about real customer service, this company provides it. Even though the job was not a large one, you wouldn't have known that by the way this company performed. Debbie told us that they do not normally service the Sanford, NC area due to distance, but Rick agreed to come out and do the job. Now this is a company willing to go the extra mile and I don't mean just in traveling. Debbie was very courteous, friendly, and cheerful over the phone. She returned my call, which in this day is a rariety. Very Professional, showed up 10 minutes prior to the appointed time. Service was quick, efficient, and very neat. During the installation of the replacement faucets Rick noticed that the water shutoff valve under the house was leaking and replaced it with a 3/4" ball valve. I would highly recommend Aqua Plumbing to anyone. The friendliest and most professional plumber that I have ever met, and hope to have him back for our future plumbing needs. Great Job Rick!!!

Holes in the ceiling = no fun. Rick's Aqua plumbing made everything better after I made the initial phone call for a variety of plumbing issues. Was able to work me in that week.

Everything went great. Total time minus a trip to get two 45 degree drain pipes was about 3 hours. Did a excellent job on the instillation. Ran into a small problem with our counter was to thin (corian less than 1/2 inch) for the modern sinks clip system. But Rick had an easy solution to fix that. Rick also made a lot more room under the sink by moving the drain pipes up and back. Now most all kitchen chemical bottles can fit under the pipes. My wife loves that it is not a jangled mess under the sink. Also took his time in removing the sink so he would not scratch up or chip the corian. Thank you Rick and Debbie for responding so quickly and professional. Wish more tradesman were like Rick!

I found them on Angie's, called. Spoke with the boss Debbie. A very nice lady. She called back a few hours later with a time. Which was the next day in the afternoon. He was so fast that I was able to finish feeding my toddler and was gone before his nap at 2PM. Very fast turn around time for non-emergency! Very professional and has a very nice clean service truck. Very efficient plumber. Would highly recommend this gentleman.

Rick has worked on three houses for me and has replaced water heaters, repaired broken underground water lines and fixed messes that other plumbers made before I found him. He is absolutely the best plumber I've ever met. He is smart, efficient, professional and honest! I don't even ask him for an estimate anymore.

Rick was prompt, professional and courteous. His price of $110 for a service call was reasonable for immediate Saturday service. He asked if we wanted him to replace the faucet or if we wanted to do it ourselves(which we did). He put no pressure on us to have him do the work.

Very good. They cut the phone line, but it was mismarked. The phone company fixed it the next day.

Showed up on time, honest, polite, everything you would want in a service person. I highly recommend. Rick was just the nicest person and did really good, professional work. Never once felt like he wasn't being 100% honest with me.

He is excellent and we would highly recommend him. The main thing was that we thought we had a leak in the wall so he came out and cut a small hole in the wall and discovered there was no leak and he never charged us for it.

It was a relief to find a plumber that was honest, reliable and knowledgeable. He did all of the work in about 8 hours. He arrived on time and made sure that everything was working perfectly before he left.
