Wonderful service from Aqua plumbing. On time, efficient, and very careful. This is our go-to plumber, highly recommend internally among the employees at my company, and the plumber I would recommend to friends.

Awesome emergency service! Called Miss Debbie and she had RICK rolling my way a few hours later. Not only did he replace the broken one, he replaced the other water heater lines that where aging. Which saved me a lot of time and money. We had another one bust 6 months prior. Called ARS by mistake. "They had to call another company ARS owned to come out and check" the crawl space for moisture. They where trying get more $$$$ out of me. Not RICK!

We had 2 water heaters replaced, alarms, PRV and a sediment filter installed. He did very good work, the price was good and we were in constant email contact with Debbi who addressed all our concerns.

I can't say enough positive things about Aqua Plumbing. I was a bit nervous contacting a plumber that I had never dealt with before but based on the positive reviews, I selected this company. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer support provided by Debbi when I called to schedule an appointment. She asked all the right questions to ensure that Rick came prepared to address my problems. Rick arrived right on time, did a quick assessment, and quickly made the necessary repairs. When I say quickly, I really mean it - he is the most efficient service provider I've ever had at my home! I knew immediately that he had the knowledge and expertise to fix my problems - and in a cost effective way. He cleans up so that you'd never know he's been in your house. Rick made sure to explain to me how to use my new fixtures as well. I know I complain on occasion that "they don't do things like they used to." Well Aqua Plumbing does! They have old school values and I love it. Will be my go-to plumber from now on.

He is a third generation plumbing master in his family and works with his wife Debbie as the Office Manager. He has a pleasant personality-cordial, but does not waste time. He replaced a 50 gallon water heater with the latest plumbing accessories. Arrived on time, charged the quoted, reasonable price, and put down tarps everywhere to protect my finished basement work area. Was very communicative and responsive to my special needs-answered all my questions, displayed substantial knowledge. I am very finicky-am delighted that I have found a trustworthy ?plumber for life.? Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business.

I felt Rick did an excellent job! They were on time, their service truck was clean and neat, he seemed to be very meticulous about his quality of work. I was very pleased with the installation.

I bought an Angie's deal for ARS and I had three things that needed to get done, ARS came in and gave me the following estimate for the items I need fixed: 1. Remove garbage disposal, their suggestions were to remove the disposal for $399.00 or have another disposal installed for $456, 2. Fix a running toilet, again I was given a couple of options, they could repair it for $416.00 (replace all the inner workings which would have involved removing the toilet tank, etc, or just replace the toilet w/ a better one he had on his truck for $624.00, or 3. Replace a outside faucet, this would cost $260.00. This would have cost me at the least, over a thousand dollars. I know nothing about plumbing but this felt like a total rip off. None of these were emergent so I opted not to have anything done by ARS. I knew my neighbor had previously used Aqua Plumbing and I decided I would see if Rick could come out. He came out and for $196.00 he removed the disposal, repaired the toilet so it was no longer running and could flush easier and replaced the faucet. I will not hesitate to use him again and feel comfortable he will do a good job and not rip me off!

We had a leak underneath the kitchen sink around the garbage disposal. Called Aqua Plumbing and they came out the day after we called. Rick quickly assessed the issue, recommended a new garbage disposal and installed the garbage disposal. He also checked the entire area under the kitchen sink to be sure all the connections were tight and sealed. He explained what he did and how to use & reset the garbage disposal (if needed). After that I had him check the toilets as I could hear water dripping after the tank was filled. He fixed that and checked the other toilets in the house. Rick did a great job, was very professional and was very careful about cleaning the area where he worked. The price he charged was reasonable (installed a premium garbage disposal that had an 8 year warranty) and I would definitely use him again.

Rick is awesome and very no nonsense. After checking every minor detail to make sure our pipes were in working order, he took me to the meter to teach me how to spot a leak. Seeing that the meter wasn't budging with the water shut off, was an indication there wasn't a broken pipe, and wasn't budging when the water was turned back on. He spent 10 minutes explaining everything I needed to know so I could have the water company come back out. He is very thoughtful and honest. His wife is extremely helpful any time I have ever needed to call them and is very personable. We will never use another plumbing service!

I wish I had found Aqua Plumbing years ago! All too often, I have left prior plumbing experiences feeling like I had been taken for a ride. It has been a pleasure getting to know Rick Marion and his wife Debbi over the past several months. They have taken on a larger job for me (re-plumbing a house I was selling that had defective poly pipes) to small issues like reinstalling a toilet. Debbi is one of the most responsive people I have dealt with and makes scheduling a breeze by email and phone. They are both incredibly professional and provide the highest level of service and workmanship at a very reasonable price - what else can you ask for? I have recommended Aqua Plumbing to several friends and everyone has thrilled with their work.

Scott did a great job. Not only did he fix the problems I asked him to address, he was able to get us increased water pressure which has been a problem for some time. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Rick came to our house on a Saturday, even though he doesn't work (except for emergencies) on weekends. He understood that our countertops had been delivered on Friday and didn't want us to be without water in the kitchen until Monday, so he offered (I had said I would wait) to come finish the project for us. He was prompt, very clean and tidy, and performed the work as requested. This company is tops is our books!

Rick came out on a Friday afternoon only 45 min after we initially called him. Figured out immediately what the problem was and suggested a better way to configure the drain. Put it all together and was done in less than an hour. It was really awesome that he took the time late on a Friday to come and help us. We were worried because we were not 100% sure of what the problem was and didn't want water under our house all weekend long. Rick is awesome to work with.

Communication by phone and email were very effective and helpful. Arrived on time and completed on time. Work was done in a professional manner. This is the second time I have used this plumber and would definitely use him again.

Deb answers the phone and sets appointments and she worked with me and my schedule. She always calls me back when she says she will and she is really nice on the phone. Great service. Perfect job. Rick showed up on time (he is always on time) and went right to work. He got all the water lines taken care of for the washer and helped me get the pedestal off it and then get it moved into the house. He hooked everything up, even my dryer, and made sure everything worked. He cleaned up everything. He moved the refrigerator last and had the new line in and all done in a matter of minutes. I love Aqua Plumbing. Rick is honest and does a great job on everything he's worked on for me. He's the only plumber I'll ever use. Lord help me when he retires someday.

The whole experience was great. The service over the phone is excellent, friendly and they are very eager to make their schedule work for you. Rick arrived before schedule, worked hard and left the place impeccable. The price for the service provided was fair.

Our garbage disposal broke. Contacted Aqua Plumbers, and they went out of their way to schedule a time convenient for my work schedule. Arrived promptly as promised. Did the job quicker than expected, cleaned out the trap in the bathroom sink while he was there. Rick is a third generation plumber and knows exactly what he's doing. After ten years in our house, we have finally found our plumber.

The owner shows up at my house on time and had my sink repaired in a hour. Not only did he fix the leak, He left the site better than what it was. Very please with the service and will use him again. Setting up an appointment with them to do some work on our other home. 5 star service and work!! The old plumbing that was under the sink looked like a bad puzzle. After he was done everything looks neat and orderly.

Overnight heard a 'wooshing' sound behind the wet wall in our master bathroom. Turned off the water at its source and it stopped. We waited until Sunday morning and went hunting on Angie's List - found Rick at Aqua Plumbing. He came out, diagnosed the problem (faulty expansion tank), went to his truck, got a new tank, set it up and replaced it in less than an hour. We are so excited to find a good, local plumber and will absolutely use Aqua Plumbing again in the future.

He was right on time and prompt. It took about an hour and half. He got the job.
