It was a very good experience. We didn't have four rooms, but he did the stairs, two rooms downstairs and the room upstairs. He even did a pretty good job cleaning up a dirty rug. We were pleasantly surprised with how it turned out.

The rugs came back having been washed in soap and water, dried, rolled and wrapped in heavy plastic. They stayed that way for a month until we were able to unroll them after our move to NC. They look lovely and lush in color. We're pleased with the results.
