Courteous, friendly, efficient and careful packing and loading of our household goods and the same service when delivered and unloaded at our new home. Quick response to initial emailed inquiry with all questions answered throughout the preparation and the actual move. Final cost was very reasonable. Would recommend this company without reservation.

I didn't hire them because I thought they were taking advantage of my urgent situation. and the fact I had 90 % already in boxes packed. and very few heavy things. My heaviest Item was a 4" by 4" by 18 inch TV stand...and a dining table which was disassembled. I felt taken advantage of. Colleen an ex NC

We moved to houses on opposite ends of town to one house. It could not have gone smoother. Perfect. The cost and the time spent were both much less then expected.

We were very pleased with the move. The crew were on time, efficient, careful and very nice to work with. There were several pieces that were awkward to move but they handled it all without any problems. They were very helpful about doing any little thing we asked. I recommend them highly. Moving is never easy but this experience was great.

Generally speaking, they were fine. They were great. They were on time and did a very good job. I didn't have anything broken or misplaced. They did not really clean up after themselves in the garage. I had to pick up some soda cans that they left, but it wasn't a big deal. They also forgot some things that were hanging on the wall and things in the drawers. Those things are minor and I think they did a really good job. Their price is reasonable for what they did.

I liked the men that moved me. They were very polite and courteous. The man that came to give me the estimate was okay, but he didn't make me understand about moving the lamps, and he could have done a better sizing up the job. I was very angry about that. I was more impressed with the receptionist than the guy that gave the estimate.

The crew of 3 movers did a wonderful job first packing our things and then moving them on a separate day. We were quoted $100 per hour but that turned out to be $50 per hour per man, so a crew of 3 was $150 per hour. I had anticipated the move would be a bit less costly but all in all I am very satisfied with the outcome. They are very professional and were prompt and courteous.

This time we had a complicated move on short notice, but they were able to accommodate us and did an outstanding job. They were professional, kind and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about the men we worked with, from the man who gave us our estimate to the men who packed and moved us.

I was there to open the house. They were courteous and efficient. I think everything worked out on the other end and I didn’t hear any complaints. I would use them again.

I had a very complicated move. They were awesome. I have used them multiple times and I would use them again. I loved the guys that worked with me in Orlando. I had another crew unload me in Asheville. They were just as agreeable, helpful and fun to be around with as the guys in Orlando. Two Men And A Truck is a great way to move based on my experience. I had a group in Orlando that loaded me and then we drove the truck up. I had another group in Asheville that unloaded me. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I contacted Two Men and a Truck in Fletcher, NC for moving my household goods from my apartment to my house. They showed up late and at the wrong address. My boyfriend had to wait in the rain and cold for the movers to show up for over a half hour. The receptionist forgot to tell the movers about the change of address etc. She had been told 24 hrs earlier to have the movers go to our storage place first. Our play station 3 and monster cable disappeared in this move. Patrick (Manager) would not return my calls for days and then he would promise to contact me on a couple of occasions--he never kept his promise of returning my calls on the days he said he would call, with the exception of one time. The company never did an inventory on our items--big mistake. Please never let this happen to you. Patrick refused to compensate us for our missing play station 3 and cable. He told me to file a report with the police station. I spent 20 years in the Air Force and never had to file a missing item report with the police. Patrick made up many excuses about how his company could never be at fault. All I wanted was fair compensation for my items that were either stolen or missing. He was very demeaning and unprofessional. Now I'm out over $500.00, thanks to this unprofessional business. This company is unprofessional and I will never recommend them to anyone.

When I talked with John about setting up the move, he had many helpful suggestions about the purchase since I had originally intended to store the fireplace until our next move. The timing was crucial since Sam's Club would only hold the merchandise for 24 hours and I didn't want them to sell out of the item. John worked with me and was even able to move up the time for pickup. The outside staircase and door to our apartment was quite difficult to maneuver but the movers were very knowledgeable, careful and efficient. I still can't believe they carried it up without a moving dolly. Keith recognized that there was still time left since we were paying by the hour and offered to help connect the TV to cable. He and John picked up all of the packing material and disposed of it for us. I sincerely hope that Keith and John Martin will be able to make our next move for us.

This was a good experience, better than I?d ever expected. I would hire them again.

We consolidated a one bedroom apartment and three bedroom apartment. Two Men and a Truck recommended two trucks (one at each apartment) and four men (two per truck (obviously)). We started at 9:00am and 9:30am and finished around 6:00pm. The movers were professional and courteous the entire time. Best of all, NOTHING was damaged!!

I was career military until my retirement in 1994, so I've moved A LOT in the past 30 years. From the original estimate through the entire move these men couldn't have been more polite, professional, courteous and careful if it was their own home. Even though it was a local move, it was a big move, so two men and a truck was actually six men and two trucks. They carefully loaded the contents, padding all the furnishings and unboxed items. I also was very impressed with their hustle! These guys were working both hard and smart! Once fully loaded they took a quick lunch break then it was off to the new house for unpacking. After loading an entire house, the crew was understandably a little slower in the offload, but their pace was still very impressive. Again, I can't brag on their performance enough -- the best move I've ever had!

They could not have done a better job. The customer service rep was professional and friendly, and went out of her way to give us a sense of the company's high standards for customer satisfaction. The two-man moving crew arrived on time and operated efficiently and professionally at both ends of the move. We could not believe how quickly they worked, and everything arrived in the same condition as when the move began. I hate moving, but this organization made the experience a pleasure.
