Two Men and A Truck

All went well..the associates who made the move for us were extremely professional, courteous, efficient & friendly.

Our move went supersmooth. The crew were friendly, hard working and professional. They work at saving you money when they can and did. Our final bill came in at least $3000 less than the original quote. I highly recommend them.

Everything went great. The office is on top of communication, and the estimate was very close. The movers were professional and prompt, and worked hard and efficiently.

Fairly smooth, but I am still trying to find specific items that they packed.

These guys were absolutely first-rate, from first contact until waving goodbye. Friendly, professional, informative, incredibly hard-working. The job entailed taking all my stuff up to a third-floor condo--with no elevator, on an 80-degree day. I was getting tired just watching them, but I had to literally *beg* them to take breaks for rest and water. They were like Energizer Bunnies.

Great. They showed up on time; were very courteous and professional and had a great attitude about their work. They were very careful with our furniture. We've moved interstate with "big name" movers and these guys surpassed any of those movers.

They did pretty well. We were satisfied with them. They gave us a written estimate. They showed up on time. They did a good job so I think that's about all you can ask for. I thought the price was fair. They were competitive. They really went out of their way to wrap everything really neatly and communicate during the move. They communicated really well during the entire process.

It was a good experience. It wasn't a whole move. Just one truck with large furniture I couldn't move myself. Two people came to do the job and it took them about 2 hours to complete the job. They did a good job and nothing got broken.

Five people came to do the work and it took two days. They were very professional. They did everything that we asked. They wanted to make sure we were happy.

just asked for a quote...got a call within 30 minutes of request. Couldn't go with them as they were not available on the day we needed, but were ready to jump right in the next day.

Very well. The movers were very polite and professional. The office staff were very helpful and responded quickly. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any residential or commercial move. It was a very pleasant experience.

Went very well. Movers were very easy to work w and flexible w requests.

We had some serious snow/ice in the weather forecast and I was concerned about the potential road conditions where I was moving. The company was kind enough to move the scheduled date to the weekend. Turns out, we still had snow but they made it that morning and went straight to work. It was very cold and the wind made it worse. They both worked quickly and efficiently on what was a difficult move up and down a staircase with a lot of items. They wrapped my items and moved everything with care. I was very pleased with the move. It was a long day and I think the team I had made all the difference. They had a terrific attitude and were very nice ALL DAY. I had a less than stellar experience with a franchise in Nashville, TN so I am happy to say I would recommend THIS Two Men and A Truck to anyone.

I was pleased with the two movers as well as the staff from the main office.

Husband though it was fine, I was a little put out because they had to get a different truck to come and it was getting late in the day. Left a guy behind and left a bunch of stuff int he basement.We ended up having to get the stuff left behind and we even got charged extra for the other truck.

We like the care that they showed. They were very friendly.

We were very happy with them. Everything was great with them. We have used them several times. They did not put our things in the box instead we did our own boxing. They just picked up everything and brought it to the new house, put it in place, put down bags and did everything but hang the pictures. The overall professionalism with our items was excellent. They did not break things or caused damaged to anything. They were very neat. They put down run over rugs and put something under their feet so they would not spread mud. They put lot of attention to details.

We did not use them. The quote was too high.

I chose this company because they transported my household things in an exclusive move, which means that my belongings were the only things on their truck. I checked several companies and I would have had to wait until the end of July to receive my furniture because this is the busiest time of the year for moving companies. They loaded up on Thursday and headed for South Carolina immediately. As a matter of fact, they beat me! I could have not asked for nicer guys than Jeremy and Chris. They were very respectful and polite and never seemed to mind how many times I changed my mind as to where I wanted my furniture. I am planning on moving again the end of December....at least it will be a local move, and I will definitely call this company again.

This is the second time I have used them. They moved me from house that I had lived in for 30 years. Both moves were done very professionally and they were very careful with the furniture, glass items and dishes. No breakage on both moves. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed to move. They were in a big rush and made me feel rushed. I kept asking if we could slow things down a bit. I had some stuff in storage that was to be moved into a house. Everything didn't fit into the home so the stuff needed to be sorted to figure out what stayed or what went to the house. They just kept rushing and pushing me and I finally told them to just stop. One of the guys was sick and I had made a remark about him not feeling well. He responded in an unprofessional manner. They were rough with my things (some of it was antique furniture). I was so distressed at the end of the day, and I talked a friend who had also used their services. They had dropped and ruined a piece of her furniture. I'm not sure if they think that they've built up a reputation and can get away with this sort of service, but it's not professional. The only positive through all this was that they didn't bang anything into my walls during the move. We were supposed to meet at 9am, and they called me at 8:30am to tell me they were at the storage facility. They blamed it on miscommunication from the office, but made me feel like I was to blame and like I was late. I would not use their services, or recommend them.

Arrogant, only moved part of the items and said they were leaving. Did not want to come back to finish although they demanded payment upon arrival at 8am. Left the job at 12:30pm . Call to manager, several discussions with manager to refute lies they told their manager, manager finally agreed to have them return, they showed up at 5:30pm to mover the final 2 pieces. Damage: Broke the top to my Armoire.
