Description of Work: We had our heat pump system replaced with a gas furnace and A/C unit. Frank listened to what we wanted and provided several options. He priced each option and let us decide which option(s) we wanted. We also appreciated that this is a family owned business. His son, Travis performed an analysis of our house to correctly size our new system. We strongly suggest anyone who needs any HVAC work to contact Sheer Comfort. You won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: Installed new heat pump & air handler. Had some minor issues that necessitated return visits, but the owner, Frank Sheer, was always responsive and prompt in taking care of the issues. We feel certain we have gotten a good ( American Standard) unit, and Frank was always honest and fair with us and answered all our questions.

We already are recommending them to another friend of ours. They did a great job and came to discuss with us what size air conditioning unit we needed. They counted our windows and showed us via computer that the unit we were choosing was the proper one to cool the house. They did a good job on the installation and cleaned up afterwards. They put a blanket on my wood floor when they worked on a vent inside the house so that they did not scratch my floor with their tools. There were no problems when the inspector came out to inspect their work. We had used them earlier when I had problems with my furnace and old air conditioner.

He does a very detailed cleaning. He is very professional and good at his job. He did a wonderful job.

Went great from start to finish!
Description of Work: Years ago they installed my most excellent HVAC unit and for under the cost! They have always been professional. I had it serviced twice--it always works great. THis last service was because they offered a discount and provided all the paperwork so I got a rebate from Energy company---YEAH!!! It was so nice they made this happen for me. Also, they teach me with patience how to do things to maintain it myself. I highly recommend Sheer company!

They are excellent. If I have a problem they come within 24 hours. They are very professional, very courteous and they cleanup after themselves. They are a great company. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I worked through with all my general contractors to get them. They were prompt. We haven't started it up yet but as far as the work that was done is very good. I didn't communicate with them directly but they worked good with my contractors. Everything was very professional.
