Description of Work: "My heat quit working so I checked Angies List and decided on Scott Brothers because of the reviews. They came out the next day. The service man Corey did the work, shortly after that the heat started working, he came back into the house and told us that mice hade build a nest in the outside heating unit housing and some of the debris had gotten between some contacts preventing them from closing. Easy fix. | I felt that Corey could have told us anything to make more money, but he didn't, very honest, the bill was $89.00. I will use them again. "

Description of Work: They preformed a diagnostic charge and replaced the bad capacitor. Although the price was high for the capacitor at least $100 over any market value I could find online most of which was considerable lower than that. I was told it carries a 5 Year Limited Warranty which the last one failed after 3 years. The serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable and informed me that if the part failed within that time it would be replaced at no charge. And of course you always pay for the knowledge as opposed to the part cost.

Scott Brothers is a First Class operation.
Description of Work: I purchased a geothermal system from another local dealer. Shortly after the installation was completed, I became a customer of Scott Brothers and have been very happy with their service, product knowledge, and professionalism. My most recent purchase was for the upcoming year's maintenance contract. I would highly recommend them for any matters dealing with heating or air conditioning.

They sent a very nice young man who looked at everything at our house so that he could make sure that the correct system was put in. The Trane brand may cost a little more, but the end result is that they back up their products. Our old system was very loud outside, but the new system is so quiet we can barely hear it. This company is wonderful and we will continue to use them for all of our service needs!
Description of Work: Scott Brothers replaced our old system with one that was much more energy efficient. This company is the cream of the crop! Great employees who take care of your home like it was their own.

Description of Work: Scott Brothers came out and installed a humidifier on our system and I love it.. One of the best investments that we have ever done. We can keep the temperature lower with the humidifier on the system, thus saving money. But the best out come was that our little girl no longer has nose bleeds and we are not getting as sick as much. The guy who came out was really professional and made sure that he understood all of our needs. It was winter when they came out and installed it, but they made sure that they kept my house clean! Scott Brothers did a wonderful job and I plan on to continue to use them.
