Description of Work: I have a rental cabin in Boone, NC. I had complaints about the heat pump making noise, The AC company that the rental agent uses could find nothing wrong and made no recommendations. Additionally, my electric bill was unusually high. I found Scott Brothers using a Google search. A technician was sent to the property and stated that the current unit was a builder's model and as such, wasn't the top of the line. The unit was 8 years old and I decided to replace it. Scot Brothers sent a specialist over to measure the cabin and make recommendations for a new unit. I was sent various proposals and decided on a 15 SEER unit. The work was was done. I have not been to the property since August, but there have no complaints. All of the correspondence was done by e-mail, fax and telephone. The professionalism was ideal and everything was explained to me in great detail.
