Description of Work: In half bath they removed wallpaper and repaired walls, prepped and painted, installed new toilet, granite counter top and sink, new faucets, lights, mirror. In master bedroom put up crown molding and painted it. On front of house replaced rotten trim over downstairs windows. The work was very good and Billy and Stephanie were great to work wth. They listened to what we wanted and delivered it on time and on budget. We will hire them again with future repairs and projects.

 + -1 moreThe only appointment he was on time/showed up for was the first day of installation. After he was done he "cleaned" the excess glue off the floor but I had to spend hours after he left actually cleaning it up. Did not trim in front of door, left gaps. After a couple months floor started "popping" and moving under foot when walked on. There are several places that pop and click, and most of the floor is separating on all sides. He was emailed and took about a week to call me back, set up an appointment for that weekend and never showed or called. Took another week to return our calls, finally came out to look at floors. Did agree his work needed to be redone. Made an appointment for him to rip them up and replace, my husband called the night before to confirm what time he would be coming the next morning. He said he would be here at 9am. Did not show up and never returned calls or emails. That has been 7 weeks ago. Do NOT use Sunrise Remodeling for ANY work. You will be sorry.
Description of Work: Removed carpet in large 500 sq ft living room and laid Engineered Wood Floors
