Description of Work: Mike fixed some rotting trim around second story windows and on the chimney. He met the timeline we set, was responsive, and finished the work for about 1/2 the cost of his estimate. He sought every opportunity to save us money without sacrificing the finished product. I was extremely happy with the work and would definitely hire him again.

 + 1 moreWe had a shady contractor remove our kitchen cabinets and install new drywall. Needless to say... the word and quot;shadyand quot; is the nicest thing I can say about them. We obtained numerous quotes from both Angie's list contractors as well as contractors out of the Yellow pages. The quotes ranged from $400 - $4,200 (quite the range) - some were written but many were verbal. Mike on the other hand was and is a true professional. We contacted him and he was at our residence within 90 minutes. He gave us a very clear, concise, and very reasonable written quote for the work that he would preform. He stated that he would show up on Monday monring and when Monday rolled around he and his assistant Eddie were knocking at our door at 8:05. They prepared and covered the entire kitchen, moved appliances, and covered the entire entrance way. They went to work and removed all of the shady contractor's work plus fixed many other issues we had with the walls and ceiling (above and beyond the original quote). Mike and Eddie removed all of the debris, put up the new walls, mudded everything, cleaned up behind themseleves, and left for the day. They returned on Tuesday morning and evening to put a couple of more layers of mud on. They were prompt and courteous and very professional. This morning they came in, sanded everything, reinstalled the window trim, performed a final clean up and informed us that they would be back on Thursday morning to ensure the painter we hired does not have any issues with the work that Repairs Unlimited had performed. We have many more projects around the house and we will definetly have Repairs Unlimited on our speed dial. Mike and Eddie are and quot;thoseand quot; contractors that once you find you want to keep. You don't a find honest, hard working, business owner like this anymore.
Description of Work: Removed drywall from two walls in kitchen (one being around all of the plumbing), reinstall drywall, fix and patch many holes left in other walls from kitchen demo, fix four large holes in ceiling where electrical work hand been completed, prepare entire kitchen for painting.

Description of Work: Where do I begin, Mike has got to be the most honest repair man I have ever me. He fixed my fence that was half way falling down and replaced fascia boards in the front and rear of my house and got paint to match. I had thought some other things in my house needed to be repaired by he showed me what " I " could do to fix it myself without him having to charge me. He also recommended some people to me to help complete some other jobs I needed to have done and he saved me so much money. It really doesn't get better than that.
