Highest recommendation. Michael Addesso undertook several small tasks at my home, including the replacement of storm door hardware and installation of a kitchen door. The work was carried out to a high standard. In fact, Mr Addesso won’t leave your house until **he’s** satisfied that everything is in order—something to keep in mind if you’re not a carpentry expert. He is generous with advice and suggestions on home repairs that you can undertake on your own—for example, how to stain a door or select the right shade of paint. Pricing was more than fair—Mr Addesso spent a lot longer than he expected tackling my jobs, but the final bill remained unchanged. In case you can’t immediately set up a house call by Mr Addesso, keep trying. The wait is more than worth it.

He was amazing, professional and friendly. The prices were more than fair and he came out under the original estimate saving me money! I will definitely hire Mike again if the need arises!

Michael has done work at my rental house several times now. He always does a great job on what he’s working on. He shows up on time and cleans up and removes debris when he’s finished. When I hire him, I feel like he’s looking out for me and trying to save me money. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond what was asked. It was well worth the price I paid.

Mike was very professional from the moment I called. He came out the same day I called and looked at what I needed repaired and came back the next morning on time and completed the work. The door frame looks good as new. Any future repairs , I will be giving him a call.

Can't even begin to say enough good things about Mike. Quick estimate, started work and finished in two days flat. Explained his plan thoroughly and in lay terms that we understood. AND had the audacity to come in UNDER budget! Think about that for a minute...go to guy from this point up 'til the minute we have fully funded his retirement! :-)

3 day project. Contractor showed up exactly on time each day; worked throughout the day with little to no breaks. Quality of work was exceptional. Contractor performed all work expected and agreed upon and performed additional work needed to be done discovered during the initial work. He worked very hard to assure all work was done with excellent quality. He worked safely and cleaned up as he worked and cleaned up again before leaving each day. He assured I was satisfied with all work before leaving each day. I was totally satisfied with all work and would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend this company to my friends. In fact I've already recommended Mike to two people needing similar work.

..We contacted Mike by phone and told him what we needed done. He set a time the following day to come and look at the job and to give us a price. He arrived at the exact time he gave us and gave us a what we considered a extremely fair price to do the job. He called us the next day with the day and time he could come and do the work. Again, he arrived at the exact time and began replacing the base boards in three rooms that had been damaged by termites. He worked around three rooms that were full of heavy furniture and TV stands like they were not even in the rooms. After removing the old boards he cleaned the carpet like new. While removing one board he had to remove a telephone jack. While removing it, the wiring came loose and the phone signal was lost. The thought of having to have Time Warner come out entered my mind. Oh goodie!! No problem, Mike rewired the jack, working good as new. As we get older, it is a very comforting thought that people like Mike are out there. His phone number is in our contact book. He will be the first number called for ANYTHING we done around our home.

They came out to give me an estimate on repair work for my home, he was very nice, explained to me what needed to be done and the best way to to it

He arrived puncutally and was friendly, efficient and actually tried not to charge me enough i thought so i gave him extra as he took extra care and obvious pride in his work.

Mike Addesso, owner of the company, came at the exact time specified to evaluate the job and later to do the work. The contract itemized everything that was to be done. Work was completed in a timely manner, and Mr. Addesso was very professional.

It was the first of the month and termite damage was discovered in our home. The termites had eaten an entire board away from under the house. The home closing was scheduled at the end of the month, not much time to work with. Mike from Repairs Unlimited prepared the estimate in just a day and was able to perform the repairs the next week, a day before the home appraiser arrived. Mike was on time and did exactly what he said he would do. The workmanship was excellent and his ideas on how to perform the repair saved us money. I can't say enough good on our experience with Repairs Unlimited. We will use them again.

Mike was awesome! I would definitely recommend him and use him again. We corresponded through email and he arrived as scheduled. He was very friendly, helpful and trustworthy and actually gave me tips on how to fix a couple things on my own. I appreciated his knowledge and before he left, he even fixed my french doors that had been sticking for the last few years! Thanks for everything!

Mike was very responsive to my message on angie's list and he turned up, as promised. He came later than he planned on the day and he let me know ahead of time that he was held up, which is always courteous and even though i offerred for him to come another time so that he didn't have to work in the evening he insisted on doing the work. He completed the job well and it was a little difficult to work it out as there were no instructions, but he persevered and the end result is lovely. I would definitely recommend him again and i plan to call upon him in the future.

This provider, Mike, was prompt, courteous, and helpful even though he was only providing an estimate. I will definitely use Repairs Unlimited if the estimate is accepted. Mike took the time to explain what was needed and shared other information that was very helpful but not a part of the work he was estimating. I realize my contact has been limited so far, but I felt i was dealing with someone who was honest, reliable, competent, and interested in helping me get what I needed.

Mike's attention to detail and refusal to take any shortcuts on the job was amazing. Mike even took the time to fix pieces of the wall trim that he did not have too. Mike is the best contractor I have ever seen. We will definitely hire Repairs Unlimited for every job our property requires. They deliver the best price, best product, and are the kind of people you can trust to have around your family.

Mike and a worker showed up on time and were organized and ready to work. They replaced about a dozen damaged cedar boards of various lengths on the exterior of my house. The new wood was very precisley cut and installed and also he caulked the new wood to prevent water from getting back behind it. At my son's house he repaired about an 20 square foot area of wind damaged vinyl siding that was 23 foot up the high side of the house. Mike took down the damaged siding pieces and repaired it and then reinstalled the pieces. The work looks real good. Mike did not find reasons to raise his estimated price and I feel we got great service at a fair price.

Mike and his crew were awesome! Everything was completed in a timely manner. Mike was responsive to my phone calls and questions, super nice and polite. The mirror was hung, but I wasn't happy with the placement (I'm fanatical about alignment!) - without hesitation he happily moved it 3 inches to the left for me. :-) The key boxes were mounted just the way I asked. We discussed the ramp at length - he explained to me the degrees and how much it would drop per foot so we could make an informed decision on how long to make the ramp for our elderly dogs. Not only was it built well, he also came up with an 8 inch railing idea to put along the sides so the dogs wouldn't fall or jump off the sides - so smart! (Wish the company who built the ramp at our last house had been so well thought out!). The ramp looks beautiful - stained white to match our fence. We had such a good experience with Repairs Unlimited, that we already have a laundry list of things for them to do at our other house!

The Repairs Unlimited representative was on time and very understanding when I wasn't. Mike went over all the repairs that were suggested by the inspector and was clear about what was necessary and which ones were just nice to have. This was very helpful in helping me prioritize my repairs while on a budget. I will have Mike return to do more repairs.

Mike was absolutely wonderful!! He is full of ideas and suggestions. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor to come into my home, help tear down problem areas and build it back up the way it was supposed to be. He has a great sense of humor, very professional and gets down to business on making sure the customer is happy with his work and outcome. I have plans to fix up my living room next...I told Mike, be ready for my call!!
